This recently updated and newly furnished 12th floor corner unit features all tile flooring. Our fully equipped kitchen is complete with new cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The thoughtfully designed living area features comfortable furnishings, an HDTV, a queen sleeper sofa, two new recliners and leads to a private balcony complete with cozy outdoor seating. There is also an additional queen size Murphy bed. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, an HDTV with DVD player, oversized windows and a spacious en suite master bathroom that was completely remodeled in December 2024. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit and wireless internet is complimentary.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
