This includes, new plank flooring, new claw foot tub and new tiled shower in the master, new tub with tiled surround in the 2nd bedroom, new vanities, light fixtures, new white kitchen cabinets with new quartz and quartzite counter tops. new furniture....pretty much everything new! The end result is a gorgeous casual elegance in Coastal decor. Please be sure to book this gorgeous condo early!

The Mediterrania is an exciting, upscale luxury condominium resort located on the beach with breathtaking views of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Mediterrania is indeed 'special' and features lovely manicured gardens, a huge pool, fountain spa, a community clubhouse, fitness center, underground parking, and a gazebo which leads to the beach.

The unit comes with crown molding throughout, tiled flooring throughout, designer window treatments, beautiful bedding , shower curtains and pillows, and gorgeous art work. The large living area is centered around an elegant but comfortable couch, two reclining chairs, and an occasional chair. There is is also a 55 in tv for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom is very classy with a spacious master bath that includes a claw foot tub, separate tiled shower, and dual sinks with quartzite tops. The second large bedroom has two full-size beds and also comes with its own bathroom. The couch will convert to a queen-size bed, and there is a half bath for your guests.

The unit comes complete with everything you need including three TVs, a DVD, free high speed wireless internet access, full size washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave.

You can dine or relax on the patio and enjoy the view or watch your children in the giant-size pool, which is located right in front of the unit, or you can walk through the Mediterrania Gazebo to the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. We are now offering free beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) from early March until Oct.

The Mediterrania is very special and is designed with luxury in mind. It is close to wonderful restaurants, shopping, near Pompano Joes, and just minutes from the outlet mall and Destin Commons.

Everything was perfect!

First of all the host, Donna is very responsive. She is quick to answer any questions and easy to book with. The unit was super clean and recently renovated. Everything was just as described. I would 100% recommend this unit to anyone. Being on the first floor was convenient to the pool and beach. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Home away from home

We’ve been coming to the area for over a decade and this was our first stay at the Mediterranea. This condo was phenomenal! The decor was impeccable and the location was fantastic. Cannot wait to come back next year.

Beautiful complex and location

The property and location couldn’t be better… The unit was very nice and updated… The shower off of the primary bedroom is quite small and some of the towels were over used and dingy in color. (Perhaps it’s best to bring your own)…Although a few of the furniture pieces were a little tired, I would give the overall experience four stars.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at the condo for a week! It was very nice and very clean! We specifically wanted a condo on the first floor bc our kiddo is 4. The condos location was in the perfect spot with easy access to the pool and the parking lot (great for unpacking and packing the car). Would highly recommend this condo. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Great property, very clean, loved it all

Everything was great. Very clean, close to the pool, lots of room, everything we needed was in the room. Could have used a couple more towels but we just washed and shared or used our beach towels after showers. Bath tub was nice to soak in after day out in the sun. Did talk to a lot of others who stayed and found out many paid a lot less for their condos that were the same size. Not sure if it was because of the VRBO fees added or this specific one was just priced higher. The pool was bath tub temp, still enjoyable but not quite as refreshing. The hot tub was nice to sit around and hangout. Easy access to the beach. Will be looking to stay at property again because it’s our favorite now. Oh and beach chair service was great to have, can bring extra chairs and umbrellas and put behind which we did

Perfect Winter Getaway

Definitely want to return. Property was better than pictures and description. Easy access since it was ground floor. Location had a great view from outdoor space. Parking is convenient. We loved it!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautiful and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The property is well maintained and even though we did not get a chance to use the pool it looked very nice as well. My only suggestion would be for both the entrance and exit gate to be closed for safety and security. You need to use the code to enter the gate meanwhile the exit is completely open so it defeats the purpose of a gated community. Overall a great stay :)

Amazing View!

I can honestly say everything was perfect! That is why this is my second time staying here. The condo was beautiful. The pool is right outside the room. Don’t worry, there is a gate to enter the pool area. Beach access is right across the street. I will stay here again.

Great Condo & Property!

Donna was awesome to rent from...she was very responsive and helpful giving us info about the area. The condo was spotless and in a great location...we just opened the sliding patio door and the nice pool was right there. We were concerned that it would be loud at night, but the whole complex was very calm, lots of young families, no crazy parties or noise at all. Very nice place!

Really nice condo on the Emerald Coast

Was a great stay at this 1st floor condo right across the street from the beach. Steps from the pool and hot tub, and beach is literally across the street, where we had an umbrella and 2 beach chairs set out for us all week (came with the condo). Everything inside was remodeled and new, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much Donna!

Favorite vacation place.

So much going for this Condo. Attentive owner, who will assist you and readily answer any questions. Condo itself as stated is updated, (as shown in pictures). Great location, steps away from pool and beach. (Beach service provided). Short walk to Pompano Joes. Not mentioned is steaming ability on a large smart TV. Will definitely return.
