Located in the sought-after Emerald Shores Resort community, this private home is close to everything that makes the Emerald Coast popular...shopping, dining, activities, and of course our breathtaking beach!

Soak up the Florida sunshine as you lounge on our private beach. Take a break and head up to our private snack bar pavilion for a refreshment (the pavilion also includes picnic tables and restrooms).

ABOUT OUR VACATION HOME...
Your dream beach vacation begins at this spacious and well-appointed beach villa. Enjoy a relaxing day on our covered patio, offering outdoor dining and a complimentary propane grill.
Our driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles and is next to an over-sized front lawn (rare find).

SPACIOUS FLOOR PLAN:
As you enter the house, you'll be greeted with an open floor plan that includes a cozy living room to the left and a dining area to the right. The well-equipped kitchen will be the focal point of your stay.

To the left of the kitchen is a hallway to the first-floor King Suite with a private full bathroom. Down this hallway you'll pass the laundry room on the right and doors on the left that lead to the outdoor living area.

To the right of the kitchen is the staircase leading to the second floor bedrooms.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Enjoy our spacious covered patio, accessible from the main hallway or the first-floor bedroom.
Here you'll find a propane grill and outdoor furniture for relaxing or dining.
Your kiddos will enjoy the spacious, private yard as you relax under the beautiful palm trees.

Our unique lot also has a large front yard that provides extra room for outdoor play or lounging.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP...

FIRST FLOOR:
- King Suite - Furnished with a King Bed, Smart TV, side chair, full dresser, and two nights stands. Private full bathroom and access to outdoor patio/yard.
- Sleeper Sofa - The sofa in the living room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa. (Bedding is located in the TV Console)

SECOND FLOOR:
- TWO King bedrooms - Each one is furnished with a King Bed, dresser, and Smart TV and has access to our spacious deck with Adirondack seating- One
- ONE Hall Bathroom, which includes bathtub/shower combo and double vanity

THIRD FLOOR:
- Spacious King Suite - Furnished with one King Bed and a Twin Trundle Bed.
This spacious suite also has a dresser, Smart TV, full private bathroom, and sitting area. Access to a private deck with Adirondack seating.

EACH BATHROOM INCLUDES: One set of bath linens per person (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth), hair-dryer, 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, and bath soap.

OUTDOOR PROPANE GRILL:
Provided at no additional charge to our guests. We only ask that you clean the grill prior to departure to avoid the $50 cleaning charge.

SEASONAL WRISTBAND POLICY: During peak seasons, guests are required to purchase and wear wristbands when using the Emerald Shores private beach. Upon your arrival, stop by the beach pavilion to register and obtain your wristbands There is a $30 cost per stay that covers everyone in your group.

OTHER INFORMATION...
1) Gate Code and Door Code will be provided one week prior to your arrival
2) Once a reservation request has been submitted, guest will need to provide an email address so we can send the Rental Agreement. A completed Rental Agreement MUST BE submitted to confirm the reservation.
