If you are looking to have a relaxing vacation on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, then look no further, stay at Majestic Sun 203B in Miramar Beach! Enjoy breathtaking views from all common areas and the private balcony! Upon entering this beautifully updated vacation rental condo, you are greeted with an updated full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine, a dining area, and a welcoming living area that leads to the private balcony with beautiful views of the beach! Unwind on the balcony and watch the waves wash over the shore, or stroll down and put your toes in the sugar white sand! The master suite features a comfortable king-size bed, HDTV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, HDTV, and an attached bathroom. In the living room, you will find a queen-size sofa sleeper. This vacation rental condo conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of room for 8 guests. This condo is perfect!


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your vacation rental condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, and should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

Great location. We had the essentials to get us by for the long weekend without having to buy a bunch of extra groceries (paper towels, sponge for dishes, 2 pods for laundry, etc). Unit is updated, furniture was good (needs cleaned) but overall a great experience. Bonus points for having beach gear for us to use!

All was good however this unit does not have enough towels , hand towels or wash cloths for the 5 of us much less the 8 max that it states can sleep. I had to wash each day just so we’d have enough clean towels. Other than that it was good!

Nice condo

We have been coming to destin for years. We usually rent from individuals so first time renting from mgt company. Condo was clean but parking is far from unit in garage which is a pain. You have to pay for daily umbrellas on the beach which is $50 per day. Pool is nice indoor and outdoor warm but very small space for such a large resort. Great location to walk up and down street to shops and restaurants. Nice condo and great location. We just prefer a smaller resort and are used to having extra supplies in condo. There is nothing provided just rolls of toilet paper and bath tissue. Bathrooms are very small. Our only issue is that we did rewash the silverware due to some food on the forks and silverware drawer facing came off. I would recommend if this is your first or 2nd time staying in a condo on the beach

Fantastic Location / Modern Vibes

We enjoyed our stay at this Property. The location was fantastic. We really liked that it was located on the second floor so we could choose to take the steps or elevator. The kids really enjoyed the pools and that they were open late (10PM). The shop at the hotel was also fantastic as the prices were very reasonable. The Kilwins ice-cream shop was also next door which was a nice treat. Overall the property was clean and more modern (updated) than many others in the area. We would recommend this Property.

The condo was probably the cleanest condo that I've ever stayed in. Nice view. This location is in the "hub" of Miramar Beach - lots of people. No complaints at all.

Book This Place

First off this is not our first time in destin. This is our 10th year in a row if that helps when it comes to knowing the area and previous places we have stayed for comparison. From the time we booked it has been great communication. Day of check in they let us in hours before they were supposed to. Walk into the condo and there is beautiful music playing throughout the place. Everything was spotless, cleanest place we have EVER stayed in. Modern decor and EVERYTHING working. Washer/ with dryer that drys the first time, dishwasher, tv’s, microwave ALL working like it’s brand new. We would come in from the beach and get ready for dinner and multiple people showered and still had hot water. Plenty of towels and hand towels. Not yo mention 2 hot tubs, outdoor pool, and indoor/outdoor pool too. Huge souvenir shop (better than Alvin’s) and even better ice cream/candy store on 1st floor. Alexa in living room (we used to play music while playing cards) and a closet full of beach chairs and stuff for pools. If you’re between places pick this one, and if you don’t I’m fine with that too because it leaves more open dates for me when I come back! Already looking to book again and we just left today!

Please allow me to said something I been spending my vacation time on majestic sun for the past 15 years sometimes 2 or 3 times of the year but this unit is the best of the best we really love it and you guys Glass Casa are the best I been booking with Resorquest,Wyndham,Vacasa and ocean reef but no one gave me the kind of service we are very happy with everything 🥇

Very clean, beachy vibe, 2nd floor right above pool and hot tub, easy access to stairs and elevator. Great ocean view. Easy walk to Whalestail for great breakfast on the beach. Beach chairs were broken ☹. We bought two and left them behind.

Awesome view and clean stay

Overall the property was clean and decorated nicely. Some of the furniture and carpet could be replaced. The balcony door was also very hard to open. There was plenty of dishes and silverware, linens, and games/beach supplies. I would definitely rent from again.

Review of property

The condo was nice and just as listed. It is across the street from the beach so that was a little inconvenient. The condo just needs a few tweaks. Area around second bathroom toilet needs to be cleaned. One of the beds in the second bedroom squeaks which is quite annoying. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

This property is the perfect location. You never have to leave Seascape! Beach is outside your window. Management was great! We had a few issues at first but Management did all they could to rectify.
