Best beach trip 💕

We enjoyed this house so much! It was by far one of the best we have stayed in as far as the kitchen being stocked and have extra items (games, bathroom soap and beach toys) very short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We love love the beach bar that’s close to the house. We have stayed in this neighborhood multiple times and this house will for sure be on our stay again list! Also the owners were quick to respond with questions.

Girls spring break

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and cozy. Absolutely no complaints! The kitchen had every cooking supply you could ask for. Very clean and the decor is beautiful. The pictures don’t do this home justice. Nice pool and so close to the beach and many restaraunts. Thank you!!!!

Great property with great location

Had a great time. Weather was perfect. Property was walking distance to the Topeka music venue and the beach was literally across the street. Know that the property does come with two chairs and an umbrella on the beach that will have the renters last name on it. We didn't know and spent half a day looking at chairs with our name on them but weren't sure they were for us or were rented by someone with the same last name. Contacted the property owner and they were indeed for us. Property owners were very nice and very responsive to any needs or questions. Only drawback was the ice maker didn't work but easy fix we bought some ice cube trays and made our own. We did leave them there so they may still be there. We also added a chair and some beach towels. We would definitely stay there again should the opportunity arise.

Perfect Place

We loved the townhome. Big and Spacious. The walk to beach is nothing. That was our concern with two small grandchildren. Clean and very pretty. The photo doesnt do it justice! My only negative comment would be the fact the neighborhood is going with no golfcarts. For us we get one everytime we live scenic gulf drive and you can go everywhere in a golfcart. I hope owners try to get this voted in.

Clean - Refreshing - Close to beach and pool

This is a great property, we come to this neighborhood every year for many years. This was our first time in this house, we had another house with friends and this house was for our sitter and children. We all had a great time, easy walk to the beach or pool, and a very clean relaxing setting. Managment was wonderful with quick communication when needed.

Excellent place to stay!

This unit is fantastic. We had 3 couples stay in the unit and had plenty of space/privacy. The walk to the beach is short and easy. Pool is nice. Communication from Rick & Calla was always prompt and they made sure we had every thing we needed.
