The condo was clean, convenient and close to the beach and shopping. The kitchen should have been stalked with bare cooking essentials, like salt and pepper, foil and cooking spray.

Location is great for families, especially if traveling with smaller children. The rooms could use some upgrading for the price (fresh paint, updated appliances, new furniture without stains, etc) but overall very accommodating and comfortable.

Wonderful view of the gulf! The balcony was our favorite place (when we weren't on the beautiful beach). Two beds/baths and plenty of space.

Had a great stay with our family of 4. Our kids (7 and 14) loved the pool and how easy it was to get to and from the beach. Condo was clean and had pretty much everything we needed!

Would stay again!

Great place to stay. Right on the beach and leaving a window slightly open is great for white noise of the ocean! Full kitchen, two bathrooms (one in the master). Great for a family of four for the unit we had. Nice table to eat at and a good view from the balcony.

No major complaints. Used to come to this place as a kid so figured I'd revisit it now--it's still just as nice of a spot as it was then! The amenities are a little outdated but it's hard to beat the view and proximity to the ocean. Love this place

Went for a conference, and really enjoyed having this beach front condo so close to everything. Everywhere we chose to go when we weren’t on the beach was within 10 minutes. The condo was great for our family of 4, but we could’ve comfortable had more people with the couch.

Loved this location and beach. Just needs to be updated with new carpet and furniture, shower curtain liners need replacing. I would think for what I paid for 3 nights it could be easily done. Hope to visit the Beach House again.

The facility was very functional but it was not clean. Everything from bedding to floors and furniture were dirty. It was also incredibly difficult to reach someone with questions, either waiting on hold for an hour on the phone or getting an email response next day. The setup was good and spacious and the beach was lovely.

Everything was excellent except for there is only 1 pass for parking per stay. We drove 2 cars so 1 car have to park across the street while the other one park in the property

Property was very neat and clean. Always staff around to help as well as security guards. Room (502C) was very nice and beds were so comfortable. Could use a few clocks in the unit, and a few more teaspoons, but seriously these are minor inconveniences. Took about 15 minutes for our door code to work upon check-in but after that no problem. Phone call was made and it was fixed fairly quick. Overall it was a great experience.

They gave us a different room from what we paid for. Beds were the worse ever. We had to clean up upon departure, no service. Couldn't get in contact with the company or front all while there. Worse booking ever.

Location is great. Carpet is questionable.

We enjoyed our stay. The location next to the beach is absolutely perfect and overall it’s not a bad condo. I would probably book there again due to the location. However, the cleanliness of the carpet on the bedroom floors was concerning enough that we made sure to wear socks while there, especially before putting our feet on the bed. I’ll also note that there is something in the dryer that would catch some of our clothes and some got stretched and twisted, so I’d keep nicer clothes out of the dryer.

Good location

The location and view is amazing. Its right on the beach and in general felt safe too. But the furniture looks old and dirty. It meeds deep cleaning. Also the supplies were very limited. No nice to have items included which are usually there in these rentals.

The only 2 things that are good about this property is the pool and view. Other than that, they sell you with the photos versus the actual unit is like. It is filthy, dirty carpet and disgusting all around. Be careful picking this one. Holes in the walls and under the sink bringing in cold air. When we called the property manager, he stated someone had lived there for 3 months prior and didn’t have “time” to clean it prior to our arrival.

Abgenutztes Apartment nur als Einnahmequelle

Das Appartment 604 ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt, die Wohnung ist nicht sehr gepflegt, man sieht das die Wohnung nur als Einnahmequelle benutzt wird und nichts investiert wird. Eine Renovierung könnte nicht schaden. Die Anlage selber ist zu empfehlen, alles ordentlich mit Vacasa war ich zufrieden.

I rented two condos, one of them was in poor condition, old furniture, very noisy beds and sofa beds. There was no hairdryer. The other unit was in much better shape, so it is HIT and MISS situation.

Great location and beautiful view. Shopping, groceries and dinning all near by. Private beach was amazing! Condo had the bare necessities. We had to purchase everything from paper towels to salt and pepper. Also the listing says it doesn’t have a washer dryer but it does so that was nice. Each bathroom had two tiny rolls of toilet paper and it is expected to purchase your own if you need more. For the price we paid I at least expect to not purchase toilet paper. The view makes it worth it though and would probably return again.
