Located on the 16th hole of The Links Golf Course and overlooking a serene lake, Paradise Palm offers peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Step out onto the covered deck to enjoy your morning coffee with stunning golf course and lake vistas.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy open-concept space with a modern kitchen, stylish living area, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that flood the room with natural light. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and plenty of space to prep meals or snacks for a beach picnic. There’s seating for two at the breakfast bar and four at the dining table.

The inviting living area features a queen sleeper sofa and a cozy chaise lounge—perfect for curling up with a good book. The primary suite includes a plush King bed, custom built-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and granite vanity. Sandestin Resort Beach Parking-
•Free parking lot: Located north of the Beach House Restaurant, just past the Dunes Putting Course. This is a larger gravel/Geogrid lot (about 150 spaces) and requires a longer walk to the beach access.
•Paid parking lot: Located south of the free lot, beyond the access gate, much closer to the beach. The fee is $20 per day for visitors.
