"Iconic hotel, very nice and helpful staff. Special thanks to their assistant manager, Sagar Chavan. Unexpectedly, I arrived 1 day prior to my other family members, late night. "We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. "The room and staff were amazing. They were even able to get us into a different room with no issues. The only heads up I would give is the private beach doesn’t have very clear water. But the beach staff like every other staff member was amazing!"

"This property was very unkempt. The shower had black mold. The carpet was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. I booked to stay for one night. Due to the conditions, I checked out the same day. It wasn't good. They have very strongly scented air fresheners in the hallways to mask the smell of the dirty carpets. DO NOT STAY HERE! "
