  • Exceptionally clean , newly done cabin taking reservation. One bedroom with full size bunk bed, futon in the living room area for extra sleeping. Tiled walk-in shower, three seasons room, and hard surfaces throughout for an exceptionally clean stay. All linens (including blankets) are washed after each and every guest for a clean night's sleep. There is a fire pit in the back yard with some wood to get it started, high-speed wireless internet, all walking distance to all the stores and restaurants in downtown Mio.

Such a great place! Super clean and beautifully remodeled. The bed was even comfortable It had everything I needed for my stay. Next time I’m in the area I’ll definitely try and stay here again.

The owner was great with communication making check in very easy. The kitchen is very efficient and well decorated. Easy to keep clean, too

Perfect home base in Mio

Wonderful place with fresh renovations. Lots of care has obviously went in to making this a great place to stay. Clean, convenient location in Mio, great anemities. We plan to book again for our next trip to Mio.

In town for my class reunion and this place was great price, great location. Beautifully remodeled and very clean. Great back porch and fire pit, although we didn't get the opportunity to use them.

Quick Trip North

The cabin was clean and brand new on the inside & outside. I believe that we were the first ever guests. The renovation was very well done and I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect

The house was very clean and the beds were better than we have at home so comfortable. It was very updated and well stocked. The driveway was long enough for our truck and trailer and very close to the trails. If the weather was a little warmer there was a nice firepit area that we wished that we had used. We would stay there again.

Cozy getaway from home.

This property was absolutely adorable. It was so cozy and welcoming with all the ammenities of home. Everything was so clean and neat. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Exceeded our expectations.

This property is fabulous. The cottage is beautiful throughout. Someone spent a lot of time making sure every detail was just perfect. The whole family loved staying there. If you’re looking to stay in Mio, or the general area for river recreational purposes – you should give this location sincere consideration. Can’t say enough about it.

Perfect stay in Mio

The cabin is very cute and clean. We stayed for a wedding in the area and it was super close to the venue. It had everything we needed for our stay and the host was very responsive when I had questions! We did lose power in the middle of the night around 1:30 am and it came back on around 3:30am. Besides that everything was perfect.

Beautiful house/cabin!

We absolutely love staying here! The house/cabin was newly renovated and was equipped with almost anything that you would need that you may have forgotten to bring. There was even a pile of firewood for the fire pit. The attention to detail was on spot. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we were ever in the area! Communication with the owner was easy and he responds quickly!

We really liked this rental and are talking about returning for another visit. The cabin is in a good location, between main strip and recreational area. It is quiet and private area shielded from the main road by a thick stand of trees. It was recently renovated, so it was very clean and decoration was cute too. The kitchen was small but functional and was outfitted with the essentials needs for meal preparation. The furnishings were comfortable and well placed. Plenty of outlets were available for charging devices. Wifi was good. The television was wifi not cable (Smart TV), so bring login and password if you want to watch more than YouTube. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive and friendly. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 kids (grade school). They enjoyed bunk bed/couch and loved cabin!
