"It was our second time we stayed at GWL and it was okay. Getting ahold of housekeeping was tough so getting clean towels and our beds made didn’t happen. But our kids enjoyed all the activities and events throughout the day."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
"We happened to be there on a weekend when the place was booked full of teenagers. So the pool, hot tub, gym, breakfast, everything were all completely overrun. Room was pretty dirty - stains on couch, carpets, hair and grime all over bathroom. Pretty convenient for mall of America and airport."

"No a/c in the main areas, no pool as advertised, ac in room was freezing and couldn’t be adjusted warmer, no carbonation for pop at the bar, phone in room didn’t work, furniture broken and coach torn"
