"We found blood stains on two pillow cases and a blanket. They were definitely not cleaned or changed between guests. Also found out the pool was closed while we were there, we did not know this prior. We have stayed multiple times and always enjoyed but this time was just different/dirty."

Great Wolf Lodge Bloomington
"Great Wolf Lodge was so much fun! The kids had a great time and the staff was very friendly. Heads up though, the check in process was a torturous wait, with only two staff at the registration desk at 4pm for such a large property with a 4 pm check in. The self check in kiosks did not work for us, ..."

"Perfect location for the Mall of America short easy walk 5 minutes to be exact. They have a shuttle to and from the Airport and to the Mall if needed. TGI Fridays is connected to the hotel as well as IHop no need to drive anywhere."
