"We had a nice time staying on Lake Mineola. We went to fish, and it was a great place to stay and hang out right on the water. The small house is just the right size for a few people. The main house has 2 bedrooms and1 full bath. The other two bunkbeds and the full bath are in the backyard separate from the main house in a tiny guesthouse, but very close and convenient to the backdoor and nice porch! "The house was inviting and open with all the amenities that you would ask for. The neighborhood was quiet and it was just far away from town but close enough. There were groceries shopping and restaurants nearby and it was also in close proximity to Lake Fork.We fished like Holbrook as well as lake Fork and both are great Bass Lakes. There is a boat ramp for Lake Holbrook that is about five minutes away and you don’t get on any major highway. We probably saw about an average of four boats on...

"Loved the location. The stairs are steep so not good with kids or those with joint issue. I asked to see the garden twice with no response from host so I was disappointed with that. The air conditioning units in windows cooled the place effectively. Facility provided everything you needed. Loved that we could bring our pets! There is a pet deposit that is not mentioned in listing so be aware of that. Overall enjoyed our stay. "

"Loved the beautiful neighborhood with the tall trees! Loved having a private dock with an easy way to get in the lake and swim! Such a nice experience overall!"

"This was our third visit to this charming cabin and once again we loved it!! We had 2 very stormy days, but 4 great sunny days we got to swim,fish and sunbathe...already planning for next years trip.."

"The cabin and location was amazing. The cabin had all the necessities necessary, just like home. The fishing mounts throughout the cabin is neat. It is truly a fishing cabin. The close proximity of the boat ramp and tackle shops was an added bonus. Everyone in our group was impressed with the accommodations. Thanks again. "

"Loved and adored the property!!! As soon as we pulled up it was soooo surprising how secluded and serene this beautiful cabin was. Above and beyond all of our expectations!!!!We had just been through some pretty challenging months and wanted a space to help us recover from things Never in our wildest dreams did we think we could find such an amazing getawayway. But this is it folks!!!!From the location and the love put into the handmade cabin. Loved that it has no wifi and all of the pigs...

"The house was plenty large enough for our family group and had great communal space for gathering, meals, games. The setting was lovely- water views, playground for kids and pool. The outside spaces needed clean up- we had to clean all outside furniture before using and some of the cushions were not usable. Though we did not opt to have the pool heated we were not expecting it to be dirty and unusable at all. Perhaps the seasonal clean up has not been done? I would also suggest toilets be...
