"Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app....

"This is a lovely property. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Easy to find. There are not many choice of lodging near my parent's home in East Texas. This is a gem. The price is amazing. We will stay here in the future."

"Brittany is a great host. Communication was very good. Everything went very smoothly. I realized when we were 2 hours out from Mineola that I left some hanging clothes in the hall closet. Brittany graciously offered to mail the clothes to me. Brittany is definitely a hostess with the mostest."
