"We had a wonderful stay overall. The staff were absolutely fantastic – warm, professional, and genuinely helpful at every moment. The location is perfect, especially for skiing, and the ski service was excellent, making everything smooth and convenient. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and great quality. The only downside was the music. Unfortunately, the same Christmas songs were played on repeat throughout the day, over and over again, to the point where it honestly felt a bit...

"The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the bottom of Pas De La Casa ski resort. The double room was spacious and clean. A good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast that also includes an omelette bar! The bar staff a very friendly and welcoming. The bar area includes some classic board games, a pool table, table football and a cinema area. With a good selection of drinks, it is a fun social space for a ski. The spa area has a spacious sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs....

"All staff had at least some English and were very helpful. The small rooms are efficiently laid out with desk space and plugs, and a balcony overlooking the town. Modern bath/shower and King size bed. Great location in town, with public transit, shops and dining nearby. Excellent breakfast, and beverages available all day. Great value."
