"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but lacked a few items like a trash can in the bathroom and a small microwave. The area was safe and nice"

"Arrived at hotel to be told they were fully booked a year ago due to a convention and Horels.com was supposed to contact me the day before. I had to scramble to find another room on a busy weekend and paid nearly double the cost. Both parties are blaming each other and no one cares if we were inconvenienced ..."

"The hallways wallpaper, lobby area are looking brand new and well maintained. The rooms were spacious clean. My only concern is that the bathrooms need to be renovated. This was my second stay at this hotel. I thought maybe by the time I came the second time that they would’ve worked on the bathrooms. ..."
