"Large beautiful home and comfortable beds! Property owner was very friendly. Just remember you’re in the mountains so there’s wildlife and bugs everywhere. The view of a deer strolling down the driveway while we were making dinner and a black bear through the trees as we were driving to the pool was an exciting surprise! "

"22 members of our family spent the Thanksgiving weekend at Timber Estate and it was almost as if this house was built for us. There were several areas throughout for congregating and relaxing; the sofas and chairs were beyond comfortable. There were plenty of bedrooms and bunkrooms, each with its own private bath; perfect when we each needed a break from our crowd. "We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The house had everything we needed. We chose the option to rent the boat and the kids enjoyed tubing. Colby had great communication from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

"Big Canoe in itself an overall top experience. Safe, peaceful and secure. Driving to "The Nest" scenic and nature laced. When we arrived to the location the surrounding area and view awaiting beat expectations. The cabin made for two was clean, had all that one needed, and the floor to glass windows allowed the view to be experienced from kitchen to bedroom. "Loved the space and floor plan. Had a wonderful time with family and friends. I hosted dinner one evening and the space was open and perfect for entertaining. "

"The property was as advertised. Everything was very clean. The host was accessible and responsive. Simple check in process with clear instructions. The beds were insanely comfortable with wonderful sheets. The host also provided snacks. Wonderful touch. I would have loved to stay longer but my schedule did not permit. The stay was very cozy. It’s a much better option that staying at a hotel. "

"My husband & I, 3 teen children & Sister enjoyed Edward the Hut for a weekend. My 2 Sons were attending a gaming conference in Atlanta & my Sister lives in Georgia. So we booked this property as us adults are “salt of the Earth” type folks. We enjoyed the property & all of its eclectic charm. Two thumbs up."

"If you go by the pictures posted, it does not do it justice. The main room is very spacious. The bedrooms were the perfect size. Having the ability to do laundry in the apartment was great to clean dirty/sweaty uniforms. Perfect spot for the different field venues. Manager was quick to have one small problem fixed. Directions to the apartment were spot on, so please read and understand them, NO PROBLEM finding this location at all. We would definitely stay here again. "
