"We have been coming to Holmes County for many years, but this was our first stay at Hillside Villa. It is a lovely home with an incredible view of Amish farms. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck watching the cows, horses, birds, and passing Amish buggies. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the common areas of the house include a living room, dining room, kitchen, and game room. We can't wait until our next visit to the Hillside Villa."

"My husband and I stayed for a relaxing weekend away. The cabin was well taken care of, clean, and the views are beautiful. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property and was a great host! Would recommend. "

"Wonderful, beautiful cabin in the woods. Quiet with the occasional hoof beat of horses pulling Amish wagons. So clean and equipped with all you would need. We would love to return "

"The pictures and description does NOT do this place justice! Beautiful property! Very well taken care of with nice amenities. Had everything we needed with the little extra touches that were very nice. Beautiful pond to fish in, trail on property, horses and donkeys on the land, wildlife abundant, and nice private area set off main road! Highly recommend "

"Stay was nice. Property was amazing. Only hiccup was finding the right cabin. Cabin wasnt named. Kinda got confused which cabin i was to be in. "

"Our stay at this property was fantastic. There was plenty of space for our family. The private bathroom in each room was great! We enjoyed the open space playing yard games and we had fun with a fire in the evening. We enjoyed many activities in the area around the house. It was a wonderful family vacation!"

"This little place was perfect and exactly as described and pictured. A lovely quiet private stay. The cleanliness and feel of the home was beyond compare. I was perfectly comfortable and had everything I needed. Far away enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough if you need anything or want to see the sites. The bathroom was fabulous! Overall a getaway I will want to repeat! "

"I went out of my comfort zone booking this with no reviews but I'm SO glad i did!! We really enjoyed our stay!! It was perfect for us wanting to go camping but not go camping. It's in the woods and a comfy, cozy place to hang when we didn't want to be outside.The tiny house, teepee and property looked exactly like the pictures minus there being an RV on the property.(No one was staying in it,that we know of but we did see a Amish man on a bicycle ride up and go inside and then leave on our way...

"We loved our stay at Katie’s place. Very inviting home! We loved the fire pit and pool. Very spacious for our family of 8 and still had room for more if needed!! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Just a fabulous experience full of excitement and laidback lifestyle for a few short days. The rental was very comfortable and included everything required for a magnificent stay. We especially liked the outdoor fire pit and the unlimited firewood supply provided by the owner. We were also very prepared for our farm animal encounter and brought along carrots and apples for the horse and goat a short walk from our front door. "The home was so beautiful! The setting was perfect for our girls weekend but also would work well for a family getaway , romantic weekend or really any other need. The family also has a bigger house option. "

"Unless you experience it for yourself, I cannot explain how absolutely perfect our stay was. From the moment you realize you are getting close you can feel how peaceful your stay will be. The treehouse cabin was gorgeous to say the least. From the beautiful outside area to the stunning interior.
