"The Positives include: (beautiful view, solid kitchen, nice seating area, master bedroom very spacious, owners communications effective and pleasant) Negatives (you don't really control the thermostat, while you are there. You can set it, but than it reverts back hours later. You need to give control to the occupants. In addition, one shared bathroom/shower for everyone was annoying. If we had more occupants with us that would have been worse than it was. Its my fault for not noticing it when...
