"We had a great time at this house. It was very spacious, clean, and has a great dock! We spent most of our time fishing, swimming, and lounging on the big dock. The kitchen was perfect for our group of 7 people. There is plenty of seating and space. We will definitely be back! "

"This home is on the older side but has been renovated and is a great place! Great area of the lake, safe neighborhood. My only advice which is nothing negative, but for anyone coming to stay just helpful… The lighting because of the Tenant windows can be on the darker side at times. I do wish there was some more lighting on the main area of the house, but it was nothing terrible by any means still super great place, but my only advice would be to make sure if you plan on entertaining or cooking...

"This property was exactly what we were looking for. Great place to hang out, relax, enjoy the lake and a wonderful backyard with lots of space to run and play games. Very short drive to Publix for shopping. Regional Airport behind property was no problem whatsoever. If you have a private plane you might want to consider flying in!!! 2 Marinas are only a short drive away in case you bring your jet-skis or boat. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. "This was perfect for our stay! Our daughter graduated from UGA and we needed a place to stay for the weekend for our family. Yes it's a 75 minute drive to Athens from Milidgeville but well worth it. The kids loved catching fish from the dock and we loved the location. Such a beautiful area! If you're looking for a rental for a UGA event this one is a great one and it beats paying 800 a night for a Best Western in Athens. . "We enjoyed a quiet few days at this great condo. The lake views are peaceful and so is waking up to bird songs each morning.Recommend eating dinner at Table at the Lake; it was excellent. "

"This home is beautiful and is located in a very lovely neighborhood. The view of Lake Oconee is very relaxing. We gathered with longtime friends. Two couples had moved away so we spent a great deal of time relaxing on the porch and catching up. There were four couples and we each had our own bathroom. We did a lot of cooking. The home is very well equipped. "

"The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to most places in town. We enjoyed our time in Gardiner as a home base for visiting the north side of Yellowstone. The Yellowstone Hot Springs, white water rafting, and horseback riding were great additions to our time in Gardiner. The host was great to work with and the home was comfortable. "

"The pictures really don't do it justice. The view from the living room, kitchen, and back porch are amazing. The house is clean and cute. My daughter loved jumping off the dock into the lake. My son loved being able to walk out and fish whenever he wanted. We took the canoe out a couple times which was nice. We actually rented a jet ski as well and were able to drive it right up to the dock. The owners left such a nice little set up with some snacks and coffee supplies. I highly recommend this...
