"Everything wonderful...except....when I checked into my 1st floor room, I found that the window was unlocked and that the window locks did not work in room 129. This necessitated having to change rooms. Desk clerk was helpful but this shouldnt have happened..."

In case you were hoping for a deadbolt, it will be ripped off the wall surrounded by claw marks. "The rooms are absolutely filthy. The room number was written on the wall outside the room with a sharpie. The door lock plate was falling off the door. There was what appeared to be a dried boogie on one of the “clean” washcloths in the bathroom. The bathtub faucet was falling off the shower wall. We couldn’t use the shower because water wasn’t draining in the bathtub and it was backing up while running water. The exhaust vent in the bathroom didn’t work and had what looked like a dead animal...

"Room was okay, but not the cleanest. Rug was poorly vaccummed as I was able to find quite a bit of dust and dirt. Beds were okay, but not great. Lighting in room was very dark. The pool was warm, but isn't the most update. Jacuzzi, which I was really looking forward to was down. Our room was close to the pool and the music was nonstop from the time the pool opened to when it closed. We also had the fire alarm go off at 130 am our second night. Breakfast was decent. "My family travelled and stay at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel for one night. It was myself, my husband, and our two children (ages 9 and 7). The employee who checked us in was kind. We had a beautiful view out of our hotel window. The bathroom was beautiful, however, a bit dark. There was a light around the mirror, but that was all. The beds were comfortable. We stayed on a Saturday night and the property was extremely busy. Parking is in a garage next to the hotel. There’s no direct walking...
