"I've stayed at Glen Eyrie at least half dozen times and enjoyed every visit! I've stayed in the Castle, the Pink House, and Glen View Lodge. The breakfast is just so-so, but everything else is fabulous - wonderful place for a personal retreat or family get together."

"The check in staff were great! The room was large but had an unusual layout. The historical building is wonderful and parking was convenient. The air conditioner did not work very good. There was no conditioner in the shower container. The bed was hard. The location was good, close to casinos. The town is in a beautiful location. The price for our room was a bit high so would pay a bit more for a nicer room. "

"The breakfast is actual food and has various options each day, unlike previous hotels I’ve been to that offered a bagel or cereal.
Room was well kept and clean and I loved having the in-room kitchen since I was staying multiple nights. I saved on not having to eat out a bunch. Great stay overall. "

"Requested a handicap room.They say they couldn't change it . Assistant manager very rude and so was the maintenance guy our TV did not work so we waited around for about an hour then finally went downstairs and yes if they'd fix it and the guy said that he was too busy he'll get to it when he can. The room was just terrible I I am handicapped and I told them I could not step over in the tub but they wouldn't change it I knew they can cuz my wife used to beat it a gentleman manager for Marriott...

Second floor room still was a bit noisy both to the outdoors in particular and the blinds so loud quite a bit of line into the room.Breakfast was good. Service was great."
