You will relax in comfort whilst enjoying the sea view with a possible sighting of the whales between June to Sept 🐳

The home comprises 3 bedrooms, the main is located upstairs with a Queen bed, built in robe and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedroom which is located downstairs have a Queen bed and a bunk bed in each - ideal for two families. Sleeps up to 10.

Two living areas feature comfortable lounges, televisions and a blu-ray player. The downstairs living area also includes a Wii with some games. Each living area has a variety of movies (DVDs) which you can enjoy both for children and adults.

The upstairs fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and Nespresso Machine (bring your own pods). While the downstairs kitchen is set up with breakfast plates, kettle and a toaster, & fridge.

Each level has its own fully tiled bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. The downstairs bathroom includes a small bath for the kids.

The laundry includes a front loader washing machine and drier & ironing facilities.

There is a Family WeberQ BBQ so you can cook up a storm.

There is also undercover parking on the side of the house

The home is air conditioned with 3 reverse cycle split system air-conditioners in the upstairs living & main bedroom and downstairs living with ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.

All Queen & Single bed Quilts, quilt covers, pillows and linen are included in the cleaning charge. Please bring your own beach towels.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is not available for schoolie celebrations nor as a party or function venue. Contravening this condition will result in eviction and full forfeiture of the bond.

Perfect seaside escape, incredible sea and sunset views, very short walk to beach, our dog can stay with us and our two boys can have a few mates stay. Home away from home, fully equipped kitchen, heated outdoor shower is always well received after a day at the beach and backyard is great for some cricket action :-)

Communication with Carolyn was awesome, she was super nice and got back to me straightaway. The house and views were awesome and set up perfect for us 3 adults and 2 teenagers who could have their own space. Our fur baby was also happy and had a secure yard out the back she could go in without fear of her escaping. 1 small thing was not being able to access the backyard without going through the front door but it wasn't that much ofva problem. Thankyou woukd definitely recommend to others. Hello it's alright I've done it oh well I did notice it though without saying if this idea just tell them to have a look at just didn't have an invoice number with it

Excellent stay

We had a great time even though we struck some terrible weather. The property was a great place for us to bunker down and enjoy family time and our own space with two living areas. Carolyn was really communicative and made our stay very easy.

Fabulous Beach Getaway

We all love heading away to Sable Blanc, so much so it has become our annual summer beach getaway.Everything you need is there, great views of the sea, can easily watch the kids surfing from the dining table! Easy walk to the beach and our dog loves joining us too! Sleeping arrangements are also perfect, enables both our teenagers to invite a few of their mates down.We'll be back in 2026! :-)

Beautiful home, beautiful location

Sable Blanc is an exceptionally well-appointed home located very close to beautiful Middleton beach, with stunning views that are totally captivating. The 'icing on the cake' is the fact that the house is pet-friendly, allowing for the inclusion of our all-important, beach-loving canine family members. Carolyn and Martin are wonderful hosts who communicate exceptionally well and are dedicated to ensuring the perfect getaway. We highly recommend Sable Blanc - it is quite literally a "breath of fresh air!"

Magnificent house, view and position! Perfect for our teenage sons to invite their friends. Always love the fully equipped kitchen, makes for easy entertaining and of course we love being able to share our holiday getaway with our dog.

Sea views and relaxation

This was a great property for us and our 2 boys. It was well equipped, one street back from the beach and a great backyard for our dog who also got to enjoy the surf. Some places advertise a sea view but this was definitely one of the highlights of this location. The owners were fantastic with their communication and follow up.

Annual Summer Holiday

First time at Sable Blanc on Newell. Great location, views and layout. This well appointed house made for a very enjoyable experience. The convenience of linen and towels as well as Wi Fi being supplied were appreciated. Enjoyed every moment.

Perfect position, lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay at Sable Blanc. It's in a great spot to enjoy amazing views of the sea and sky, no matter the weather. So close to the beautiful Middleton beach. The house is perfect for a family (with dogs) with separate areas and places to come together. Clean, crisp but also homely. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Perfect beach views, sunsets, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Was great that our teenage boys could invite a few of their mates during our stay and was so good we could bring our furry family member. He loved sitting out on the deck too, watching some surfing action! Thank you for a very enjoyable beach holiday :-)

Great spot this holiday home sits in a short stroll to the beach and 10 min drive to visiting towns

The property itself has everything you need for the perfect relaxing holiday. All the amenities, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen it’s all you need. Fabulous position to the beach, gorgeous sunsets, magnificent views from the balcony/house. We had a great family holiday. Carolyn is an excellent host and more than accommodating.
