Downtown Middlebury 3 BR Home - Walk Everywhere!

This 1918 downtown Middlebury home has long been split into a left and right duplex. We have decorated and furnished unit #2 for short term rental use and we know that you will have a positive experience here!

An excellent location, this property offers a short walk to Main Street and less than 1 mile to Middlebury College.

Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, towels and sheets with clean comfortable beds ready for you! Private parking and outdoor patio space to enjoy the beauty and nature of VT!

Hardwood floors throughout with recently updated paint and appliances. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, towels and sheets with clean comfortable beds ready for you! Private parking.

3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with 1 full bath. The first floor offers kitchen, laundry, breakfast nook, dining room and living room. Private deck as well with outdoor seating as well!

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, for an extra $50+tax pet fee to be charged separately after booking.

You will have private front and rear access to this 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in this duplex house. (This is side #2, the right side front door)

The home comes with several parking spaces for you to use, in the front and back.

Only as needed. You will access the house through a lockbox with your own private entry code.

A walk through downtown Middlebury in the early morning hours means the smell of freshly baked goods and delightfully strong coffee. Later in the day it is sidewalks busy with families and visitors ambling in and out of shops. In the evening it’s couples and students out for a bite to eat at a number of popular restaurants. Whatever the time or season, downtown Middlebury has something delightful to offer.

Thanks for welcoming us to Middlebury. This spot definitely has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and a great location. Had to knock down a few stars and leave this review just to note here in case helpful for others with more limited mobility or small children that the inside stairs are extremely steep and slippery (no tread/carpet and slick paint) - we found it hard to navigate and had to make different arrangements. Also, some key/lock issues and found clean sheets, but stained/unwashed comforters/fleece blankets on beds.

This rental fit our family of 4 perfectly to enjoy the surrounding area / Burlington and explore Middlebury before dropping off our daughter for college orientation. Our family walked around Middlebury, enjoyed local meals, biked the Island Trail ride along Lake Champlain in. Burlington and relaxed in the apartment watching US Open matches on the TV with Roku. Great option for a family stay.

Good place, communication could be better

Overall great stay, nice clean place. However, when we were trying to check in the owner did not provide the correct lock box code. They were then also unavailable by telephone and took sometime to get back to us with the correct code. This was tough, especially because we had a very early morning with two little kids

A gorgeous comfortable house in the perfect location

This house is gorgeous - the pictures don't do it justice. In particular, the TV room is more far spacious and comfortable than the pictures would lead you to believe. The furniture, appliances, flooring, etc are all in great condition. The beds are super comfortable, and each bedroom has its own AC window unit. The location cannot be beat: the heart of Middlebury is a just a short walk away. There was a slight glitch with the check-in process, but the owners sorted me out in less than 2 minutes, which more than made up for it. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to any group looking for a place to stay in Middlebury!

This was our second year staying here over Thanksgiving weekend. Had everything we needed to celebrate with our daughter and some friends since they had a hockey tournament at Midd. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, campus and the TAM. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great Location, Beautiful Area

We needed a place to stay to go to the Antiques Roadshow. The area around Middlebury turned out to be quite beautiful, the apartment was conveniently located right on Rt. 7, the Roadshow, however, was a dud! We still had a good time, though. Great restaurants nearby. Would go back someday to spend more time in the area.

Perfect summer stay

Check in and communication were super easy. The location was great and central to everything. I will note that the one bathroom is on the second floor. That was a challenge for me personally. It is a wonderful place to relax.
