"This home is absolutely beautiful with everything you need. The house is even better than the pictures and all the amenities for the kids are so much fun. Beautiful view of the water with gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. John was an amazing host with letting us borrow some things we forgot and when our kids wanted to make S’mores he came to the rescue and made them sticks. Don’t think twice about booking this house!! "Cottage was beautifully updated and very comfortable. We were disappointed with the beach access. We knew there were stairs but not very easy for some of us. "Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!"

"We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded."

"Overall the property was nice and comfortable. It had everything you need with a few exceptions. The shower curtain was really unclean and sanitary. The towels were old and didn’t “look” clean. The baseboards and door in the bathroom were dirty and there was no toilet paper holder, which isn’t sanitary. That sound like a lot but it wasn’t! We were able to solve all the issues ourselves and enjoyed the stay."
