"Convenient location in regards to travel. Beds were hard, shower that poured water onto the outside of the shower area, no vent in bathroom which made it terribly humid after a shower (not good for doing your hair) pool was freezing cold (pool manager claimed it was 84 degrees, not even close)."

"Another awesome stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites! Hotel was under renovations - changes are absolutely beautiful & not at all disruptive to our stay. Rooms are super spacious and clean. "My stay had several issues. I found ants on and under the desk, and although I reported it, nothing was done. The TV did not work properly—no channels and the remote only powered it on/off. The curtains were also damaged. At the pool, there were no towels available. The front desk associate, who appeared to be the only employee on duty on a busy Saturday night, did his best and remained professional, but it took about 35 minutes to address the situation. Unfortunately, guests had to return to...
