  • Perfecta para su familia, Esta localizada en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo y seguro. Es una casa con techo muy altos, muy luminosa y esta bien amueblada. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Cuenta con un amplio dormitorio principal con cama king size, baño en el dormitorio, con cabina de ducha y bañera. El segundo dormitorio tiene literas y una cama sencilla y el tercer dormitorio una cama sencilla. Tiene sala familiar, comedor amplio y además de un área con escritorio. La casa es muy acogedora e incluye barbacoa con área para sentarse en el patio trasero. Hay juguetes y películas y mesa de ping pong para niños.

The only downfall was the travel distance. It was an hour away for outings. (Personal preference on things we like to do).

Spacious, inviting and in a great neighborhood. It felt like home. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. Beds and sheets were better than hotels!!

Perfect thanksgiving stay

We rented this property over thanksgiving break and everything was great! The location was amazing and Martha was so nice and a great communicator. We had no issues whatsoever and the listing was exactly as listed :)

Great place

Martha’s house is a quiet, clean and spacious place. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The whole place made us feel at ease. Check-in was quick and easy as Martha provided a wonderful instruction. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It's definitely a great place to stay!

Another great stay!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in Martha’s home and it did not disappoint! Great communication. The house was spotless with plenty of linens for my family of 6. Martha even had cookies delivered during our stay for my girls. Martha and her home are top notch! We cannot wait to book our next stay here.

Overall, the house was nice. There is a lot of clutter in the house, most of which are games which I understand if there’s a lot more kids staying there that they could play and if you’re hanging out at the house the whole time. The original price we paid I thought it was reasonable until the host claimed we damaged the glass stove top and is charging us 250 for scratching it. We used the stove like any other and there’s no way we could have caused that damage.

Space for family.

It was nice to have space for us to spread out in. It’s about 30 minutes to an hour from the Everglades / Miami / key largo. Not enough dishes/ cooking pots and pans, so they left paper plates for us to use. Communication was good. For the amount we paid, it was a solid place.

Family at the National Parks

Check in was a little problematic bc VRBO was doing updates and we couldn’t access the sign in code. The owner was in touch with us about 30 mins after we arrived and we were online with Vrbo. The house was good for 4 people. Plenty of bathrooms abs extra linens. Access to videos and TV was a little difficult as the DVD player didn’t work well. There was Netflix and Amazon. The location was easy to both Everglades and Biscayne. As well as to Publix and other community amenities.

Great stay!

We stayed at Martha’s house for a month while our home was being renovated. The house was clean and comfortable. Martha was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any inquiries. The house is well equipped with kitchen items, a bbq, toys for kids, and a new washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and we had everyone we needed. Thank you for a pleasant experience Martha.

This was the perfect location and house to get to numerous attractions and commuting was easy. Great neighborhood too! It was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful home. Owners are easy to work with. Definitely recommend. Thank you~

Great place for family

I stayed for a week with 4 little kids and my mom. My kids adored the toys and games. The house was even more spacious than it looked from pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with staples and equipment. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the grassy backyard too. Excellent communication with owner.

Wonderful!

My family loved our stay at this rental property. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable for my family of 6. The amenities are endless. My kids range in age from 4 to 12 years old and loved the toys. From the ping pong table for my older kids to the toys and dvds for the younger kiddos, this was my kids favorite amenity. Martha was an amazing host. She was very responsive to any questions that came up. We will definitely be back!

Large home in safe neighborhood.

Martha was very accommodating. The home is very spacious (about 1900sq ft). The home comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. Things that you don’t think you need until you don’t have them. The most I’ve ever seen supplied by a host. Even condiments, tea, coffee, food, toiletries, office supplies. You will need to bring only your clothes. Theres tons of entertainment items ie: toys, ping pong, air hockey, stroller, car seats, board games etc. nice covered patio in a pretty fenced back yard. The home is located in a very safe, quite neighborhood of equally nice homes. Easy check in process, ample parking, spacious rooms which we enjoyed, designated formal dining. Location is great too...close to all major shopping.

Wonderful vacation area

Our family really enjoyed this rental property. The place is nice and clean . Neighborhood is very peace and quiet. The house have everything you needed . This area is very good. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely rent out this place again.

Great home in quiet neighborhood

Our family of 6 stayed at this home in a great neighborhood for a quick getaway to Miami. The ping pong and air hockey tables were a big hit with our family. Overall a great home and we definitely would stay again.

Nice Property, but Their Were Two Issues

Our overall rating is a 4, but their were two issues we think prospective renters should consider prior to rental. The house only had one operable window, the sliding glass door in the family room area. This restricted us from allowing fresh air in during the morning and overnight. The neighbor had a swimming pool and it's filtering equipment ran everyday from about 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., and it was extremely noisy. No problem if your not there during that time period. As we said, we liked the property, but you should take these two issues into account if you are considering renting this property.

Wonderful

This property was perfect for us. We were looking for down time and warm weather. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent most of our vacation at the house and enjoyed the sunshine. Very quite, safe and clean neighborhood.
