  • This place is unique because it is conveniently located in center of Miami. It is 5 minutes away from Wynwood, 15 minutes away from the airport, 15 minutes away from south beach, and 15 minutes away from downtown. You feel home, and cozy when you stay with us. You are staying right next to us which means we can be a guide to your journey here in Miami. This is a three very spacious bedrooms and one full bath.

Not the cleanest

There was initially some confusion about the check in time but ultimately worked out fine. I'll say the positive things first... the host was extremely responsive, the beds and sheets were very comfortable, the place was very spacious and the location in relationship to everything was good. Not a far drive to most places. The negatives were the cleanliness of the home, the neighborhood being a little sketchy and the host entering the home during the stay multiple times. When we checked in there was urine in the toilet, MULTIPLE strands of hair everywhere, in the kitchen sink there was a soaking wet sponge face up with hair and debris on it, various things left in the refrigerator and leftover food items(maybe he thought we would want them) and the very small trash can had no bag in it but this was more the appropriate size for a bathroom not a kitchen. There was less than one full roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay for 3 girls. When I asked him for more, I explained we were going to take a nap if he could leave it on the front or just inside the door. He came in without knocking and brought it to the bathroom. What if we were changing or indecent?? We again ran out less than a day later but I just bought a package myself because I didn't feel like seeing him again. When we came back that evening there was another roll in the bathroom which means he entered the property again. I understand it's his home but that makes me uncomfortable as a female traveler. I think the location in the city is good and this property has potential to be a nice VRBO property. But it needs some love and attention. Maybe start with taking down the Christmas decorations on the front door. It just seemed like he didn't care too much. For the price for 3 nights I think it should be a little nicer. This was my first rental property in Miami so maybe this is just what you get for your money.
