The Space:

This waterfront apartment delivers exceptional space, light, and comfort, with sweeping Biscayne Bay views from multiple rooms. Designed to host up to 5 adults plus 3 children (see house rules), it’s ideal for families or groups seeking an ideal place for longer stays.



The apartment features a large open-plan living and dining area, finished with polished marble floors, modern furnishings, and expansive sliding glass doors that flood the space with natural light. The layout opens directly onto a private bay-view balcony, furnished for outdoor seating and offering front-row views of the water, islands, and Miami skyline — perfect for morning coffee or sunset unwinding.



The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space, quality appliances, and ample storage, making it well suited for longer stays and home-cooked meals. Adjacent dining areas allow the whole group to gather comfortably.



Sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms — one with a king bed and one with a queen bed — offer direct access to the balcony, while the third enclosed bedroom features two single beds. All three bedrooms are equipped with streaming TVs, ensuring comfort and flexibility for different group setups.



The apartment includes two spa-style bathrooms, featuring soaking tubs, walk-in glass showers, and wide vanities — ideal for group stays.

Guest Access:

The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. Enter safely and comfortably, then focus on what matters — whether it’s relaxing, enjoying sunsets over Biscayne Bay, or spending time with family and friends.



The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami’s key destinations and major venues — making it a practical base for exploring the city, attending large events, or simply relaxing and enjoying your stay.

Getting Around:

Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.



PARKING

*** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

*** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.

*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.



Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.



Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.
