Beautiful apartment on Tides with sea view fully renovated and equipped with all you need for your vacations. High-speed wifi, 2 queen beds, and 1 sofa bed.

Big and fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for 4 guests (6 max.)

Tides Amenities: Pool, GYM, valet parking, Mini Market, bar, and more.

Things to know:
- One-time payment FOB charge of $30 (a key is given to you. If lost, report it to the front desk)
- Pets are not allowed
- Valet Parking: $100USD per week / 2 weeks - $125USD / 3 weeks - $150USD / 4 weeks - $175 USD.
- Package reception is $7.
- A laundry card will be left inside the apartment. In case it is lost, you can buy a replacement directly at the front desk, where you can also recharge it.
- Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided with extra cost.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.

Perfect Stay!!

Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Nice view of the water from the balcony. Large space inside, very comfortable and well furnished. The building itself has a great gym, a small cafe/shop that will deliver food to you at the pool or on the beach. The beach is easily accessible - just walk out the doors, past the pool area and you're on a beautiful, big beach! The owner's communication and responsiveness with us all week was outstanding. Highly recommend, and we will be back!!
