As a local, I had higher expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, our stay was far from enjoyable. Upon arrival, the front desk staff failed to inform us about the available amenities, their operating hours, or any benefits we could enjoy during our stay.
Additionally, we had reserved a king-size bed, but upon check-in, we were assigned a room with two double beds. To make matters worse, the room was only stocked with one robe and one pair of flip-flops, even though we had booked for two guests. When we contacted the front desk to request additional items, the response was disappointing. The staff member was unhelpful, informing us that no one was available to deliver the items to our room. Instead, we were told to come down to the front desk to collect them ourselves, which felt inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Overall, the service was subpar and did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel of this caliber.
