Remember that you only have to pay a 15 USD front desk fee at the front desk for your admission. The check in hours are not available from 4 AM to 8 AM.

It is not allowed to leave the windows of the room for safety reasons, also it generates condensation with the air conditioner and Can produce water drips and consequential slip and falls and damage the furniture, if there is any damage due to this, the corresponding charge will be made.

In case you check out after 10 am without our prior authorization, we may charge a late check out fee of half of the night.

Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited in our units. In case of doing so we will charge an extra 250 USD since our units are smoke free.

You will find a parking card with the room number on the unit. You must use it for the parking of the establishment. Please leave it in the same bag you found it in when you are finished. in case we can find the ticket at the end of your end we will charge the amount of 50 USD

Overpriced for the quality and cleanliness of the room. Was charged an additional 15 PER PERSON fee upon check in, while the host’s external portal only listed 15 (which is against VRBO’s code of conduct). The door to the balcony doesn’t lock and the balcony directly connects to the balcony of the neighboring room, which is extremely unsafe. Upon arrival there were drops of a sticky brown liquid on the ground and in the refrigerator. As for the wall unit AC, it does not fit snugly into the wall and there are gaps that allow hot, humid air to enter. Additionally, there was mold in the vents. Oh, and see on their external portal that there’s a pool? It’s drained and unusable. Overall very disappointing experience, and host was difficult to communicate with, not answering phone calls and issuing very generic responses over text without addressing issues.

The refrigerator doesn't work and the administrator didn't take care of it despite the claim. The administrator doesn't answer the phone calls and shows no interest in the guest at all. The air conditioner is way too noisy.
