- After 6 hours or midnight: Full overnight rate (no in & out)
- Overnight guest rate per night: $53.50 (includes in & out privileges)

Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

With easy access to Brickell, Midtown, and Wynwood, you'll be right in the midst of all the city has to offer. You'll be just a stone's throw away from Bayfront Park, famous for hosting Miami's top events all year long, and close to the popular American Airlines Arena, now known as Kaseya Center, where you can catch awesome concerts and sporting events. It's a fantastic area that perfectly blends commercial appeal with cultural richness.

Getting Around:
Just a reminder that we are conveniently located one block away from the College Bayside station, and we're very close to Biscayne Blvd. and the Metrobus.

Other Things to Note:
To ensure a warm and seamless welcome, we’ve stocked the condo with essential supplies to cover your first day.

🔴Please note:

• Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access. Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).

• Washcloths are not provided.

• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.

• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.
