Enjoy Mimo5, centrally located near the heart of Miami's Modern style neighborhood. Mimo5 is a 15 minute drive to Miami Beach and a 6-minute drive to the luxury Design District, a luxury outdoor retail center and trendy restaurant scene. Spend the day exploring and return to your relaxing abode.

The Space:
An additional fee of $150 per pet is required, and they must be accompanied by you during the entire stay.
Dogs less than 40 lbs. must be well behaved.
Dogs greater than 40 lbs. must be certified service or emotional support dogs.

In this suburban area of you can spend the day exploring by car, bike, or scooter and return to your peaceful home away from home. Self-check-in and keyless entry allows guests to arrive without any hassle and it ensures the highest level of health safety and social distance. The apartment entrance is just steps away from the parking spot, which ensures minimal contact with other visitors. Entry code is provided on the day of check-in.

The Neighborhood:
The best part of Mimo5-4 is its proximity to the Design District, Miami's newest luxury outdoor retail center. Mimo5-4 is a 6 minute drive to Miami Beach and popular, trendy dining options nearby. Biscayne Blvd is home to vintage clothing shops and funky food experiences. You can find something to eat for every craving - from casual phu at Phuc Yea to upscale mediterranean at Mandolin. Upper Buena Vista is a fun outdoor retail shopping destination filled with micro boutiques, cafes, and artisan shops.

Getting Around:
If you choose to travel by car, the apartment comes with 1 free parking spot and plenty of off-site parking. MiMo is best seen in the daytime by foot along the famous Biscayne Blvd, but bike and scooter rentals are available just minutes away and can be used to explore Midtown, Edgewater, the Design District, and even Miami Beach if you follow the bike path that leads to Venetian Causeway.

Extended stay

My 22YO son was in Miami for a summer internship. This was perfect for his extended stay. He loves to cook and having a full kitchen was important. He felt safe at the location and even walking the neighborhood. Parking right outside and access to a washer and dryer made this a perfect summer apartment. The room is a bit small, but he had no complaints. Everything was easy and convenient. Thank you!!

Mothers 90th birthday surprise ups and downs.

We drove from Michigan to Miami to surprise my mother for her 90th birthday who lives down the street. MY REVIEW BAD & GOOD -Smoke alarm chirped loudly every 30 seconds and removing battery didn’t stop it. We needed to climb up and remove wiring to get it to stop. -Bathroom shower did not have window covering and made it uncomfortable for my wife each day because people walking past. -Hot water in kitchen didn’t work until I found valve under sink was shut off. Probably to save hot water cost. ??? -Thermostat would not stay at a set level in the room and we would have to get up throughout the day/night to turn it down so it wasn’t unbearable. Frustrating since Miami is HOT. -Thin walls between units and you could hear all conversations. - Management response to concerns I emailed was not satisfactory and delayed because of third party handling emails they said. The management team came to walk property and spoke directly to me by the fifth day of our stay. They seemed very nice and concerned but nothing was resolved. We were leaving the next day and we made the best of it. -More seating available outside because other renters would take our chairs while we were gone for the day. *-Overall I thought the place was clean and safe for the cost. I would consider staying again because I believed my complaints though important to hear are fixable by the management group. Hopefully this review helps improve the property so future renters can enjoy their stay.
