Beautiful view of both the ocean and city skyline! Very spacious room and bathroom is very large. Overall stay was wonderful!

The property is wonderful and beautiful! The only challenge we had was that the Sorrento tower did not have anyone on the desk and we had to wander around and over to Tresor tower to find someone to check us in.

Great property and location!

Stayed here on a business trip and really enjoyed the room and resort amenities. Plenty of pool space, right next to the beach and boardwalk, and just a short drive from downtown Miami. Would definitely recommend!

Vacation

The room was beautiful and as it looked online. However, the check in was not what it should be actually frustrating. We arrived about 745pm and the Sorrento tower DOES NOT have check in you have to go to the Tressor tower to check in. Sadly no one in the hotel from the main entrance knew this. So we wondered and found the Tressor check in desk and checked in there. When we started to walk to our room there was another couple waiting for the Serrento check in and we told them no one is there. You should have in your check in that it should been the Tressor tower not the Sorrento. Otherwise everything else was smooth sailing.

This stay was frustrating. The shower was either scalding or freezing, the hallway light was out, and the sink was leaking so badly we had to shut off the water and brush our teeth in the bathtub. A plumber came the next day but left a mess I had to clean. The ice maker didn’t work, and no one followed up or offered any apology. Pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable too! Issues were eventually fixed, but the lack of communication and overall inconvenience made for a disappointing experience

Lovely room, beautiful view, great value.

Wow! Lovely room with a beautiful view at a great value. Looked exactly like the photos on the listing. It is on the 12th floor with a nice view of the ocean, southward down Collins Ave, and right above the small Sorrento pool - high enough for no pool noise. The location in Sorrento Tower was very convenient - a quick elevator ride downstairs to the Towers lobby to the entrance for the larger hotel pool area. Definitely more quiet in this tower than in the main building of Fontainebleau - even over spring break. Loved the 2 spa passes that were included in this rental - after a day of meetings it was nice to be able to go there for just an hour or two to relax in the water rooms. Room has a mini fridge and coffee. A few larger drawers would have been nice. Would definitely stay here again through this Owner, SkyRun. They were very responsive to questions and a few days into the 6-day stay they offered a great deal to extend for one more day, which was very appreciated. Highly recommend this condo and SkyRun!

Room was great. Service was meh.

Upon arriving, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come with a luggage cart. This was after asking 3 times. We unloaded the cart and waited at the curb as valet took our vehicle. Upon leaving, we were told 5-20 minutes when we called down to get our car and bellman to the room. 30 minutes later, half of our party went down with luggage to start loading the car. Car was not there and valet was sleeping in the valet room. They knocked to wake him. When he called for another bellman (35 minutes after we already waited) we decided to go down with the rest of our luggage. The elevator was a 10 minute wait as they seemed to be jammed or stuck or something. We were on the 12th floor so stairs with our luggage was not an option. We finally made it down and had no time to stop for gas for the rental vehicle due to the time wasted in attempting to load up and leave. Monday evening, the middle elevator got stuck while I was inside. There was a bellman in the elevator as well. I would hope they would have let someone know…but just in case…I’m letting y’all know. There seems to be a MAJOR issue with the elevators in the Sorrento Tower! Monday, we called for towels…an hour later…nothing. We asked the cleaning crew in the hallway and they said they would get them to us. 25 minutes later, we were tired of waiting and just decided to head out of the room. There was a bag outside the door when we returned to the room. Overall, the “stay” was good and the room was great. The service was NOT what I expected having had stayed at Fountainbleau several times before.

View was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable! Really enjoyed our stay! Only thing, I wish we knew about the cleaning fee and that the spa and wellness was available for this room.

My family and I had a great time!! The condo is spacious, modern and the views are to die for! The hotel is amazing and you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. We can't wait to be back!

Terrible Terrible Terrible service!!!!!!!Needed towels and waited over an Hour. Wanted to eat lunch and ordering by the pool and beach, had to wait hours for food. Would not recommend....

Poor Check-In

Aside from my reservation not being in the system for check-in, Inability to check in at defined time of 4pm turned into it being an “unavoidable issue” due to housekeeping being backed up. Ultimately, was never called regarding my room being ready and was forced to inquire later in the evening upon returning from a pre-planned dinner. Room was decent, but as others have commented, it’s due for an upgrade. Overall would rate 3 stars regardless of check-in snafu.

Lovely Unit and property

View and location were great. Condo was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. We received an email from telling us that we could stay an extra night at a discounted rate but when we tried to contact the property management team about that along with an early check-in; we unfortunately did not hear back.

Excellent Experience

The unit is exactly as advertised from the view, to the room, and included amenities. Communication with property manager was helpful. The team addressed all questions in a responsive manner and accommodated requests where possible. Room is in a quiet area within the property which gives an exclusive feel. The included parking is a valuable plus not to be underestimated.

Good Property

While the specific condo I booked was great, the overall vibe of the Fontainebleau is far from high class. No food in the bar area, questionable clientele, and long lines to less-than-helpful staff makes the overall stay not worth the required investment.

Wow, what a place. LOVED Fontainebleau.

This place is first class. Beautiful people everywhere. The gym is very good for a hotel gym. The bar was a lot of fun in the evening. My only complaint was that LIV was not open during my stay. But that was a Covid restriction. Valets were quick and polite. The pool was a lot of fun. Not a cheap place to stay. But very worth what you pay.
