Dishonest, misleading, and completely unacceptable This hotel falsely advertises its facilities and clearly relies on misleading guests to get bookings. The reality of the property does not match what is shown or promised online. I stayed one night and left because the experience was nowhere near acceptable. Even then, they refused to refund anything, which is a pretty clear sign of how they do business. The lack of honesty, accountability, and respect for customers is disgraceful. If you value your time, money, or basic transparency, avoid this place entirely. There were wired stains on the pillows, the windows were so dirty you can barely see out of them, there’s a bar right under that plays loud music late at night with a bright red light, there were no drinks or snacks like advertised, and if your planning on doing a late check in be ready to be waiting a while, they don’t respond and our keypad to the room was broken, took one hour just to get in the room(after a 14hour travel day)

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We stayed the first weekend of April 2026. First, there is nowhere to park in front of the hotel. The hotel doesn’t prepare you for that. Upon arrival, we attempted to secure the $20/day parking but the front desk “attendant” was SO RUDE and said that there was none and we should have done it weeks in advance. Which, wouldn’t have mattered because the family checking in next to us had their parking cancelled bc a resident didn’t return the parking fob. The front desk then went on to give WRONG INFO on parking. Told us all garages were not 24 hours and we had to pay for street parking until midnight. Well, guess what yall! Garages actually ARE available for overnight parking and are cheaper than what the hotel offered. Finally, after lugging our belongings 7 blocks… we go upstairs to our room and would you believe it…. OUR DOOR CODE DIDNT WORK!!!!!!!!! We sat outside of our room for 45 minutes waiting on a maintenance man to come let us in bc NOBODY working the phone service would answer our calls or texts. After we finally get into our room, our AC was not working. When we finally get it to work - it starts leaking water!!! Love that. Filled up half a trash can. Now let’s talk cleanliness.. well, lack thereof! The bathroom was rancid. The fan didn’t work and it reeked of mildew and wet dog. It didn’t smell like anything had ever been dried or cleaned. It was also just gross like a dirty old gym shower and bathroom. Not to mention it was very small.

Amazing choice! Beach is literally across the street, shopping areas nearby, food spot right in front downstairs, other nice restaurants nearby, bars, and etc. Pool on the roof is nice for unwinding and relaxing. Loved it, I had to come back again and I received the same amazing experience!

Great location! Food, Beach, Shopping. The pool is pretty small but each time it was not occupied, so we could enjoy. Great for families! Restaurant is super COOL! That's also how you enter the property to get to your room.

The hotel itself is in a great physical location, being very close to the beach and all that South Beach offers. However a couple things to note, the entrance to the hotel is through a hookah bar/restaurant with no physical door between the hallway of the hotel and the hookah smoke or noise from the bar. Additionally, the fire alarm went off multiple times while we were there and aside from the kitchen staff screaming at each other over it, there was no communication as to whether or not it was safe to go back to our rooms. There is no hotel staff onsite, I had a problem where my door access wasn't working and had to try and get help through the expedia app and a text message, this was stressful and frustrating when you're parked in a no parking zone as South Beach Parking is limited. The hotel room itself isn't a bad design, but our door into the hotel room stuck on the floor as the LVP flooring is raised and separating in the entryway. All in all, a great location, just temper your expectations for the hotel itself.

This was the worst hotel ever that Expedia has in their recommendations. Staff was very rude upon my check out, had to purchase my own towels and washcloths. Never again please remove them from your site.I would have never even given them a star much less 1.

客房的床单上有沙子，不清洁，两张床其中一个的床单都没有，本来入住三个人，但是根本没有给第三个人的入住床铺等用具，最后一天早上9点就开始有施工，整个房间的噪音极大，让根本无法休息，从早上9点一直到中午12点才结束。这是我住酒店以来，从来没有经历过的噪音，可以用恐怖来形容！

We were extremely disappointed with this property. Great location...period! It was a small room no pool no 2 beds as pics show...the view behind the curtains was a solid wall to view. The room and view reminded me of a Golden Girl experience. I'm sure they shot it from this room. Got stuck outside room for approx an hr as code was incorrect..thankfully maintenance worker showed up on his rounds and let us in. He was awesome! No communication with anyone except by text ...they were very kind and apologetic. Extremely expensive for 2 nights. A huge rip off but apparently only by us as everyone else we talked to waiting for the archaic but working elevator paid half of what we did. Perfect location however, right on main street. I am so disappointed in you Expedia...this is the second deceptive trip details we have had from you. The other was in california last year where we had to pay another 200+ for a car rental already paid.

Looked like someone else slept in the bed before me ( hair and wrinkles in the sheets) Only 2 sheets on the bed. No front desk or manage to help. When I called the number at the front desk for remote help, I was told just a chat is offered. No actual person would talk. They did send a maintenance man from another hotel who left me with a comforter and few blankets. No sheets would be available until the day after my stay. The pool which looked decent in the pics was run down and the cushions on the lounge furniture had nasty stains. The whole place gave me the heebie jeebies! They did state they would credit 1 of the 2 nights, which still hasn't come through. I expected dates given the price point, but not dirty!

The hotel was horrible they gave us only two towers and it was five of us and when I asked for room service towels didn't get anything I would not recommend that place to nobody
