The vintage look of the property is quite charming and suits the building well. However, the building itself feels outdated and could benefit from a facelift while maintaining its vintage appeal. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking; the gentleman at the counter appeared tired and miserable. Given that the hotel is located in a lively area, it should reflect that energy.
Additionally, the room was small for two adults and two teenagers. If it were just my husband and me, I might consider booking again. We also encountered an issue with the restroom, which clogged and required us to fix it ourselves. I loved that it was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. This hotel has so much potential!
