This is a cute place, walkable distance from the beach and many restaurants and cafes! However, lacked cleanliness , no dish towels for the kitchen which was disappointing … we had to use our bathroom towels which is gross… Otherwise, comfy beds, could use dark curtains for two of the bedrooms and found we could hear the neighbours a little too well all night.. But overall cute and did the job. Likely our first and last time staying however.

Clean and lovely room. Kitchen was very well-equipped, but none of the outlets in the kitchen worked, so we couldn’t use the microwave, coffee maker, or even the kitchen light. The oven smoked and set off the fire alarm every time we tried to use it. Property manager was unresponsive. We were not given any info on check-in and had to call multiple times before receiving a response, which came after our check-in time. Overall a nice place to stay, although it could use some work.

Lovely Space, Just Needs a Bit More Care

We recently stayed at this apartment and really appreciated several great features — the pool was a big plus, the space is generous, and the private parking was super convenient. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and has a lot of potential. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement to make the stay more comfortable. When we walked in, there was a strong smell of humidity/mold, and signs of dampness were visible on the walls. The bedroom floors felt quite sticky, so we didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. Cleaning supplies were very limited — there was no mop, which would be especially helpful in a home with a pool since water often gets tracked inside. Only two rolls of toilet paper and paper towels were provided, and the dishes and kitchenware had a strong odor that made them difficult to use without first washing them. We also noticed hair on the shower walls and trash under the beds, which made the space feel less clean than expected. With a bit more attention to deep cleaning and providing a few basic household items, this place could be truly fantastic. We hope these suggestions are helpful and would love to see this lovely spot reach its full potential!

WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY IT WAS NOT CLEANED. I HAD TO CLEAN IT MYSELF! THERE WAS ONLY 1 TOWEL PROVIDED PER PERSON FOR THE SHOWER FOR OUR WHOLE STAY AND WE HAD TO REUSE THAT SAME TOWEL THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE... THERE WAS A ROACH WALKING ON THE CEILING. SOME FLOOR TILES BY THE KITCHEN WERE BROKEN THE KITCHEN LIGHT WAS BROKEN THE ENTIRE 4 DAYS THAT WE WERE THERE. WE REQUESTED TO GET IT CHECK OUT BUT WE WERE IGNORED. UNTIL MY HUSBAND WALKED OUTSIDE LOOKING FOR THE MAINTENANCE MAN, HE CAME TO CHECK IT OUT AND CLAIMED THAT IT NEEDS AN ELECTRICIAN AND COULDNT GET ONE DURING OUR STAY. THEREFORE WE STAYED WITH NO KITCHEN LIGHT, WHILE COOKING IT WAS HAZARDOUS AS WE COULDNT SEE ANYTHING. I HAD TO BUY CANDLES TO BE ABLE TO SEE SOME. I SENT TEXTS TO THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY AND ASKED FOR A REFUND JUST ATLEAST FOR THE "PROPERTY FEE" HOWEVER ALL MY TEXTS AND CALLS WERE IGNORED. NO RESPONSE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE OF THE OWNERS.

Absolutely unacceptable — this listing should be removed immediately. Our stay at this apartment was a complete nightmare. From the moment we arrived, we encountered serious issues that made our vacation a disaster — and the host was completely unresponsive and irresponsible. First, the place was infested with huge cockroaches. Not one or two — we’re talking about a serious hygiene and health issue. The floor had huge, uneven lumps, which caused my elderly mother to fall and injure herself badly. It was horrifying and entirely preventable with proper maintenance. The front door was broken — a major safety risk. The host promised to send someone to fix or replace it but never followed through. The mattress was so awful that it felt like sleeping on a yoga mat. After all of this, we asked for a refund — and the manager ignored every message and phone call. Not even an apology. No compensation. They even lied about offering us another apartment. They don’t even have proof of that conversation. We demand action: this listing is not only misleading, it’s dangerous, unsanitary, and mismanaged. It should be removed from the platform immediately. No one else should be subjected to what we went through.

Disgusting place infested with active bugs/roaches. Bugs every where all over the place even in the fridge & bed, reeked of pesticides/chemicals, mold and more bugs in the kitchen. Very nasty. We checked in and walked back out. We never stayed there and THEY REFUSE TO GIVE US A REFUND! Dispite our trip being covered by insurance. They refuse ANY kind of refund! We’ve called Orbitz nonstop and the property manger refuses to comply to receive a refund. The uncleanliness is unethical and should be illegal to rent and advertise. I booked this room because Orbitz review were indicating 4 star stay. However this was not the case. This is a condo/ independent property rather than a hotel. There isn’t a property manager on site so there was no one to address the problems and concern. Upon check in we walked into the property and were instantly hit with a strong odor of chemicals which we believe were pesticides. Because there were active bugs/roaches crawling around the entire place! On the bed, headboard, in the living area, and in the kitchen and inside the fridge. Under the sink was disgusting had mold, old water residue, and more bugs. Once we did a walk through and saw the disgusting place we instantly walked back out because there’s no way we would stay there (since I went we’re going to Miami for surgery). Orbitz and the property owner refuse to provide a refund although we had insurance on the trip. Over $700 spent SAVE YOUR MONEY and stay at the Marriott down the street.
More bugs activity crawling in the kitchen along with broken cabinets.
Disgusting residue under the main kitchen sink! Black spots are bugs and mold!

Great location, apartement was decent, only thing that was diaturbing is upstairs tenant where banging the floor so hard.. wasent able to aleep rigbt for 2 nights

Never Again

This property was not even close to satisfactory. The first thing we saw once we finally found the entrance to the property was considerable damage to the front door of our "suite." The fact that the front door had a hole knocked through it, right next to the deadbolt, and the door jamb itself showed clear evidence of someone recently forcing it open, made it so that my family did not feel safe at all at this property. The door itself was a hollow-core interior door...fine if it's in the interior, but this was the front door to the whole "suite." At a minimum, a room that I book through Hotels.com should meet a reasonable expectation of safety and security. I did not book this off of someone's CraigsList ad, I used a reputable website, so finding this was very disheartening. I did not even stay for one night. I had to make a duplicate last-minute reservation at one of the only few options with a vacancy: a single-room hotel downtown. We didn't even unload the car... just tried to get in touch with the property management. The property owners were incommunicado, so I had to raise this issue directly with Hotels.com... and I did not get any sort of acceptable resolution, just repeated delays while Hotels.com tried to contact the property. Eventually, we were told we would NOT be getting any sort of refund. Never again. We took plenty additional photos showing the true condition of the interior, but I only attached those that show the condition of what was mentioned above.

Its worth for the price paid

Was ok for the price i paid. If ur looking for something more luxurious then this place is not for you. Its pretty spacious comparing to an hotel but its an old building. There is new furniture to make it look nicer. The pictures online are a bit deceiving. Good manager who wants to help with anything.

Property very outdated there was a bug in my bed door wouldn’t close, lock pad wasn’t working but property manager was very understanding and accommodating he refunded me my total.
