We had a wonderful stay with our group of three adults and three children! Everything was very comfortable, and the apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. There is a convenient shuttle service to the beach, but the 10-minute walk is also perfectly fine, even with children. Communication was excellent, and any questions we had were answered quickly. Overall, a very pleasant experience for the whole family. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Apartments is nice, is a short rental building, and works good, there is parking space nearby and you can park during the night without paying is like 1 block away, then you have to paid starting at 8:00 AM in the morning.

The apartment was beautiful! it’s a luxury vibe with a nice ocean view. The apartment came with toiletries, and kitchen appliances. You should bring your own coffee and laundry detergent, everything else is covered. There is a rooftop pool with an tiki bar and a golf cart shuttle that provides beach chairs. The place was very clean! the host omar was professional he texted me beforehand to discuss meeting times since he had to be there to check me in. We did self parking on the street which was $14 a day but u also had a choice to pay by minutes/ hour. Overall I would 10/10 recommend!!🔥

This place was nice however there was clothes left over and personal items from the previous guest. When we arrived the AC unit DID NOT WORK !!!! It was 80degrees and no one came to fix it !!!! We had to use our smart devices to reset the unit and when we asked to be compensated or take the day off they did not. The company was very rude and didn’t accommodate us at all. The offered us a two hour later check in for all the stress that was caused. It was my partners birthday and bringing it in with the place 80degrees was not the plan ! We had to fix the unit and they were not accommodating at all. This was a really bad experience and we will NEVER be returning!

The place is location is beautiful but the communication between the host and expedia was not that great. It took almost 3 hours for me to get a room. Also you have to pay for parking which is 80 bucks per night and street parking can 25 per night it is a hassle because you cannot sleep in because you have to wake up at 8am to go and pay for parking again. Also, no information was given it wasn't until check out did I find out that there was a pool in the building and there were other amenities that was available for use. I could have really enjoyed my short stay there. I enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. Overall, just poor communication.

We stayed in a 4-bedroom apartment with a wraparound 360° balcony and stunning ocean views. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent—just one block from the beach, with several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was the check-in process. Since this is a privately owned apartment, we were required to wait for a representative to arrive and show us the property, which we were not informed about in advance. Additionally, the building has three elevators, but only one—and occasionally two—were operating during our stay, which was somewhat inconvenient. Other than that, we absolutely loved the place. It was beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The condo and location are perfect. Great building with wonderful amenities. However, I would not rent from this property management company again. I was surprised to learn that the manager charged a deposit for the stay, non-refundable or a hefty refundable hold for up to 14 days. I sent multiple messages about trying to get it waived and finally paid it on the day of arrival. WiFi passcode was wrong and no communication with correct info until the next day. I sent check in time and arrived on time with no representative to check us in. There was someone from another company that made calls for us and got us checked in since we had a newborn with us. The unit is not stocked with anything. No coffee, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels or kitchen towels leaving an immediate trip to the store for necessities.

Nice condo overall and the setup was comfortable, but the communication seriously needs improvement. There were several things we needed assistance with after checking in, and I was unable to get in contact with the host on either day. Omar read my messages but did not respond after we checked in. Also, this is not really a fully self-check-in property. When you arrive, Omar asks for your ID and takes a photo of it, then provides it to the front desk/reception staff, who also take a photo and have you sign a waiver. After that, you are directed through an automated process that requires a **$250 damage deposit** in order to receive Wi-Fi and check-in/check-out instructions. In our case, that process did not work properly. The bigger issue was that the lights were not working when we checked in. We texted and called asking for assistance and received no response. I eventually had the idea to go to the electrical panel and reset the power myself. Thankfully that worked, because otherwise we would have been sitting in the condo with no lights and no help from the host. Another thing to note is that when Omar checks you in, he speaks extremely fast and very low, which made it difficult to understand the instructions he was giving us. The condo itself was nice, but the communication was honestly terrible. A property can look great, but guests still need to be able to reach someone when there is an actual issue with the unit.

This is a nice property, new, well appointed with a nice pool and gym. But whenever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I had a terrible experience with them. Three separate people communicated the day I was supposed to check in asking me when I was arriving. I told them at 9 PM. I arrived and the person supposed to be meeting me had not left his house yet, and he was a half hour away. I was supposed to let him know also but I was on the phone and did not see his text. Why I have to be communicating with three separate people I don’t know. My “host“ was barely intelligible did not speak English much at all, and refused to respond to repeated requests for basic help with my luggage. There is no valet service in my house initially refused to come out and help.I ended up in my room an hour after I arrived. Also….They have a coffee machine with no coffee, washing machine with no laundry detergent, no towels in the kitchen and I made repeated requests to get these items, with absolutely no response. I didn’t get it even after a week of staying there. There are other companies like Nomada that is supposed to be better, but do not rent from this company.

Gute Lage in North Beach – Vorfall an der Poolbar und durchwachsener Service trüben den Eindruck Wir haben kürzlich in den 72 Park Residences (Ilios) in Miami Beach übernachtet. Insgesamt war es ein Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten. Die Lage des Apartments ist absolut super, da es sehr nah am North Beach gelegen ist. Das Apartment an sich war in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist eben typisch amerikanisch mit einer Badewanne und einem Duschvorhang ausgestattet – das hat unseren Geschmack nicht ganz getroffen, ist aber letztendlich Geschmackssache. Die Pool-Area ist an sich ebenfalls schön und gut zu nutzen. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es leider direkt Probleme, da uns das falsche Apartment zugewiesen wurde. Hier müssen wir eine einzelne Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption positiv hervorheben: Sie war sehr freundlich, hat sich wirklich für uns bemüht und zwischen uns und dem Vermieter vermittelt, sodass wir am nächsten Tag umziehen konnten. Der Rest des Personals war allerdings eher neutral bis abweisend nach dem Motto „Wir können da auch nichts machen“. Ein massiver Minuspunkt war zudem das Personal an der Poolbar. Uns wurde gesagt, dass dort nur Barzahlung möglich sei, obwohl Barcodes auslagen. Uns wurde ein Getränk zusammengemischt, das nicht der Karte entsprach, und nach einer Diskussion wurde ein völlig überhöhter Preis verlangt. Wir haben am Ende zähneknirschend bezahlt. Als wir an der Rezeption nachfragten, gab es leider nur Ausreden. Das fühlte sich für uns sehr nach Touriste
