  • Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

    Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

    Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

    Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5
    *********$500 Refundable Security Deposit is required at check in*********

Gran lugar para alojarse en Miami Beach

El alojamiento era exactamente como estaba en las fotografías. La vista frente al mar era espectacular. Los servicios de primera, seguramente me volveré a alojar en este lugar. Lo único que criticar es que el condominio cobra u$s30 por día el estacionamiento, pero leí que si la estadía es de más de 15 días la tarifa es de u$s 150. Yo me quedé 10 días y tuve que pagar u$s300. O sea que por 5 días tuve que pagar el doble. Es algo que tendría que revisarse con el anfitrión.

Sure as hell beat staying at the la Quinta the apartment was clean and nothing was broken. This is the second time I’ve stayed in this building and I will be back in the future.

Property was not as advertised. The hotel itself as a whole was rundown and you can tel it ha snot been properly maintained in the last years. Barely any amenities included in the listing itself. Listing was also run down with times breaking down such as the fridge and customer service could have been a lot better as well. Pool was dirty and also not maintained.

We had a wonderful stay here. Amazing view with balcony. Loved the interior decor, very modern kitchen and bathrooms, & bedrooms. The pool was lovely and the beach access was awesome. I would stay here again. Good value. Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place was a dump- pictures are def from another time period- cause everything by the pool was so faded there was no color at all- this was a very spacious place - with some smallUpgrades it would be awesome- the view was great and the walk to the pool and beach were amazing- but the inside of this property was very disappointing- the bathrooms and the bedroom and living room def need a make over - the pic u show on line is not even close to what it actually looks like- and the building itself is very old

Although the room we had was great and we enjoyed the aspects of the room we did have, it also was not the room in the posted picture.I would verify with the host which room you might be getting. Pictured has the balcony off the living area with the sliding doors. I had living area with the slider ding doors off the bedrooms on the side of the building (which was great for catching sunsets)The kitchen was better equipped than the reviews reviewed. Overall was a good experience and if I were to revisit the area again this place will be an option!

Something definitely needed repaired. We loved having two bedrooms and bathrooms. So great to have access to the beach. I liked the fact that you could get towels, just wish you could keep them past five o’clock. I wish there were more pots and pans. While the view was lovely from the windows, I wish there was a balcony instead. No Majior issues. It was nice.

First of all we did not get the room we rented. The balcony was very scary. It was leaning and the railing was loose. The Cabana area was never open. We actually went in there just to check it out and were told to leave. All the umbrellas were broke and cabana covers were shredded. Many people we met complained about the property. Check out time is 10:00. Someone knocked on the door at 9:50 and told us if we were not out by ten we are going to be charged for another night. I would never stay hear again.

Très bel appartement confortable, une belle cuisine mais aucun ustensile ni casserole ni poêle pour cuisiner pour 6 personnes… il n y avait que 4 verres . Et 4 jeux de couverts.

Perfect for price!

Location is not the best for activities but so perfect for the beach. Room was not as pictured. As far as pricing goes it doesn’t get any better. Would stay again!

It was a great location away from the busy style of South Beach Miami. The property has a wonderful view of the ocean for a nice sunrise. A really clean place except for the carpets were really worn and stained. I would stay here again.

The place was great for me and my family! Very clean and convenient. My only request would be to have some instructions on check -in process and location guidelines and expectations for example, trash, cleaning, laundry etc.
