"A fantastic location for college friends reuniting for the weekend. The rooms were spacious; the amenities were thoughtful and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was great for gathering and resting after game day. The comfort of the space outweighed the sounds of street below and guests above. I highly recommend this loft for neighborhood and campus walkability. Host was a great communicator. "

"I wish we could give a 10 star review! This is our 4th stay at this pet friendly house! It’s is clean and well maintained. We come for time on the lake and love how close it is to the boat launch. The owner, Scott could not be any friendlier or accommodating. He goes out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and is very quick to respond to any requests or questions. We are getting ready to schedule several additional trips here for the 2026 boating season. "

"Nicely decorated rooms, recently updated. Quiet, out of the way location on the North side of Columbia. A few blocks from lots of dining options and just a short drive to downtown. Will look to stay here again when we come down next year."

"Beautifully restored older home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy drive to Mizzou campus and in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and welcoming."

"Stayed here while moving daughter out of dorm and proximity to campus was perfect, closer than most hotel options. Hosts were so kind, leaving a home made loaf of bread and butter upon arrival. Space was clean comfortable. Highly recommend this Vrbo for location and excellennt communication!"

"Loved this property! Perfect location and the property looks exactly like the photos. Communication was super easy and very responsive when I needed something. I’ve stayed at a few properties so far waiting for my house to be finished and this has been my favorite by far. I wanted to stay longer, but it was already booked. There are a little extra fees you will need to pay, but it’s worth it. "

"Your rental was perfect for our stay. We were in town for our daughter's college graduation in Fulton, MO and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location was convenient and the house was modern and equip with everything needed to eat dinners and relax. If you are in Columbia for MIZ game days, I highly recommend this rental. We wish we stayed here when our daughter was a Tiger. It's everything you need and close to campus for games and MIZ activities. "

"My house that I originally reserved the dishwasher was broke so they moved me to a different location. The house was amazing. The door code didnt work but the owners were great and very helpful figuring it out so we could get it. We had a great time."
