They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. "Stayed 2 nights; the rooms carpet looked new, had a good smell. The rooms were very basic but in accordance with room cost but very clean & good smell as well. Rooms had microwave, fridge, coffe maker, etc. everything worked. Most of all I liked how quiet at night & day it was through the whole hotel & I liked the smell like new. "

"House keeping wasn’t done cleaning our room by the check in time and we had to wait another 20min to get in the room.The door to my room was difficult to open and close, house keeping didn’t get to our room until 5pm the next day when we were trying to hang out before dinner. Overall a very meh experience but you get what you pay for. "

"Our room had a stench to it we had to go out and by Lysol. The stench was so bad it was hurting my chest, nose and throat. Vents had build up dust and just felt like the overall air conditioning was extremely bad. Pool was also closed the entire duration of our stay. "
