Spacious 3 bedroom home with a/c. Containing 2 queen size and 2 single beds.

Perfect for those visiting friends or family in town but wanting their own space or for those travelling the long road and needing a place to lay their head along the way.

Providing all the mod cons to really feel like a home away from home. Fridge, microwave, oven/stove, washing machine, TV.

Pets staying outside are ok.

Longer stays can be accommodated for with weekly cleaning included.

Second time staying & enjoyed!

This is our the second time staying here and we loved seeing the improvements made from 2021 to now, 2025, notably in the garden. We didn’t go in with high expectations and it was comfortable for what we needed during our short stay. We especially loved being able to bring our dog with us! Will definitely come back next time.

Full featured house, clean bedding and quiet neighbours. Yes, it could use a lick of paint, a few choice renovations and some new furniture, but everything worked fine. Maintain your expectations for the price point enjoy the stay.

Has potential

Living area is comfortable and has all amenities needed for a stay. We weren’t gave to sit on outdoor chairs due to massive sun damage. Bedding was of concern. Ladybug pillcase has blood stain. Another plain pillow has body fluid stain. One of the queen beds has blood stains on the mattress both top and bottom. Sheets on this bed has been slept in, unsure if previous persons have stripped the bed as instructed. Great little place but sorry bodily fluids on bedding is a huge negative. I took pictures in case it was queried. Obviously can’t post them here.

Needs a lot of work

Property quite run down & very neglected garden. Doors sticking. Neither TV worked. Only enough cutlery for one person despite sleeping 6 people. No Tea towel or dish cloth to do dishes. Inadequate bedding for winter. Poor quality in everything

Ceiling propped up and no hot water.

A very old and neglected property. The host did let us know the ceiling in the kitchen was propped up just prior and we were concerned having small children. Bedlinen wasn't clean, no tea towel or sponge in the kitchen. No hot water from any taps. Very disappointing considering the price that we were charged. Next to the cemetery which scared the kids also.

So i have had my employees come back and tell me the shower was a mess, the bath was a mess and the football table was definitely not in working order. One of my employees refused to shower, because of the mess

Surprised StayZ apparently have no minimum standards.

A very very run down property. Kitchen was barely hanging together. House smelled badly of unclean men so we needed to air but was never able to close windows again. Furniture was, I am sure, from local dump or 4th generation hand me down. I, a 67 year old lady had the choice of Hi5 or Transformer bedding and covers in poor condition. I did not even want a shower.

This is a lovely old house and makes for a comfortable stay. All rooms have plenty of space and everything you need is provided. It has a great backyard and veranda with BBQ. There is fast internet available and generally, the house feels very welcoming and homely. If you like old houses as I do then this is a great place to stay. Cassina is a great host and communication is easy and fast responses. I would happily stay here again when traveling to Merredin.

The house was clean and tidy. Linen and house smelt lovely, fresh and perfumed. The only issue was we couldn't get the oven on. I plan to stay here again sometime this year
