"Weekend trip to watch Oneonta swim meet and celebrate our sons birthday. The whole family came so we needed to sleep 6. House was very comfortable and clean. Better than getting 3 hotel rooms!"

"My son and I came out to the Catskills to hike the Bramley Mountain Trail and talk. Location was critical. Cost was a factor. We were so happy with our stay here. She's not much to look at from the outside, and I would not use the words "fancy" or "spa-like." But it was clean and comfortable and Sal was incredibly responsive and helpful. "Booked this 10/10 hidden gem originally for 2 nights. When we arrived, I knew I should have booked it longer. I contacted host who responded immediately, and she accommodated my request no problem. Called up Evolve who made the extension process quick and easy. The studio cabin is exactly as pictured and is the perfect size for a couple. Beyond clean, spotless, everything clearly in view with a stocked kitchenette, powerful microwave, perfectly sized fridge-freezer combo, toaster, small...

"Great and spacious place to stay. Property manager was fantastic at helping even late at night when we got in and had trouble finding the place in the dark. Shuffle board and pacman were a fun addition."

"Used for our 12U baseball tournament at Cooperstown Breams Park. 8 minute drive in reverse traffic. Wouldn’t classify as a luxury stay but perfect for a place to sleep while going to baseball games. Best part is how unique the property is with all the baseball paraphernalia on the walls. TVs are dated and not smart TVs but does have the normal local channels. Overall...

"Rustic, cozy, comfortable log cabin on a secluded lot. Cabin was well appointed and equipped. Had a great front porch that our group used and enjoyed daily. Matt was a wonderful accommodating host."
