"This is our second time to stay at this nice little getaway. We love the privacy and the fact it's at the end of the road. My husband kayaked while I fished off the dock. The house is cozy and perfect for just relaxing. Definitely our go-to in Menard for wanting to get away!"

"Love this property!"

"The little house was very comfortable and perfect for our family. Definitely awesome to have two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The views are beautiful and if we had time, we would have loved to sit on the front porch and enjoy the views with a cup of coffee."

"Cabin was great! It was just what we needed to wind down from a hectic lifestyle. Walk to the river was quite further than we expected and if you plan on taking chairs and ice chests, be prepared to cross over some pretty rough terrain. In all honesty, the views are amazing and hearing the rush of the water was soothing! We’re used to remote locations and have been hunting all our lives, this reminded me of a hunting cabin and I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything! If I had to say...

"We where there to go off roading in Mason but broke the jeep so stayed in the cabin. Is is really a beautiful place. Thank you we plan on coming back. "

"We booked all five rooms for a trip for an offroad teip in Mason TX. The house was perfect for our group of 5 couples. It was clean and accommodated our grohp perfectly. "

"The house was well suited for our trip - a place to sleep, relax, review our day of birding and have a few nightcaps in the evening after a long day of birding in and around the local parks.The owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had before and during our visit. I would recommend the home to anyone staying in the area.Jim"

"We enjoyed meeting up with our adult children and having plenty of room to relax and hang out. Bedding was so comfortable. Nice backyard as well. If our travels bring us back to Brady we would stay here again! "
