"This was a nice place. Nice bedrooms. The beds were a little hard for our old bodies but still nice. The blinds on both patio doors were broken so i didn't want to mess with them much. We could still go in and out the upstairs patio door because that blind was open. It was nice and peaceful. My grandson who just turned 5 came over for a couple hours and he had fun fishing on the dock. We managed to find places to go to eat. We had a nice relaxing time."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay while celebrating our son's HS Graduation nearby in Park Rapids. We had plenty of space and the home has a wonderful layout of bedrooms and shared living spaces. The walkout basement was a great place for the kids to play games and get away from the adults. The house is well furnished and contains all the kitchen necessities. I appreciated using the gas grill on the deck throughout our weekend. The beach area is an easy walk and not hilly like nearby...

"It was a beautiful trip into Frazee, this area will remind you why it's called land of 10,000 lakes. There is a ton to do around the town between coffee shops, fishing, thrift stores and trolls. The boathouse overall was very cozy and has a beautiful morning view of the lake at your feet. I highly recommend this to a couple looking have a close weekend together!"

"Best cabin any of the 12 people in our group has ever stayed. The original walk through the cabin had everyone in awe. Many places both indoor and outside for everyone to hang out. Tons of space to spread out with gathering spots for everyone to be together. After 30 years of renting several different properties for our annual spring get together, we have found a new landing spot to enjoy for years to come. "
