Such a blessing

My company is located just outside of Nashville and we have a job going on in Germantown and that is too far of a drive for my employees every night. I wanted somewhere were they would still feel like they are in a home and was more comfortable than a hotel. Boy did this fit the bill, they loved it and begged to get it again for their second week and Latanya was ABSOLUTELY wonderful to work with. If i could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you Latanya!!!!

Perfect Location

We were in town for a basketball tournament and triathlon and this house was the perfect location between the two. Latanya was an amazing host and was quick to help out whenever needed. The house itself was clean and accommodating. There was plenty of space for us all to enjoy ourselves. The boys (3 teens) enjoyed the video games and the adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen and dining room. We had a lovely stay in Memphis.

Weekend Trip

The house was great for us for the weekend. We were here for the Bill Pickett rodeo and the house was literally 7 mins away from the arena. Everything was great. We will be booking again for next year

Lovely place to stay

I really enjoyed myself here. The pictures do not do it justice. This place is beautiful and very well kept. I felt very secure. My children really enjoyed the game room. I would stay here again.

Family wedding weekend

We stayed at this property for a wedding weekend in Memphis. The property was clean and as described. The owner was very gracious and communicated very well. I made a mistake on my booking dates and she was very gracious to help me get it corrected. Thanks!!

You walk into the house and nod your head in satisfaction. Clean, Good location, easy in and out, as advertised. Can accommodate 10, ideal for 6-7. Would happily go back next time I'm in Memphis! Thank you the stay!

Perfect home away from home!

My family immediate family (husband & our 2 girls ages 1.5 & 6) and nanny were the guest for the entirety of the stay while my mother, nephew & sister n law were guests for 2 of the days. We didn’t arrive at the property until 1am on the first night bc of flight and rental car delays, so my husband did his normal quick safety check of the windows & other entry points and off to bed we went. Linens were fresh and the home was very clean! The next morning around 7am my husband peaked through the sliding glass door blinds and to his surprise he noticed that the exterior glass of sliding door was shattered. Thankfully it was double paned. I immediately called the host & we exchanged a few text messages with pictures. While she couldn’t figure out exactly what happened through her review of the camera footage, she resolved that it may have been weather related since there were storms earlier in the week. Her communication was prompt, professional and helpful. She arranged for someone to clean up the glass but the earliest the glass repair company could arrive would be after our checkout on Monday. We felt satisfied & still felt safe given the interior glass was still intact & the neighborhood was safe. We would absolutely stay at this property again. It was spacious, well stocked w bath towels, & other basics. The one things I’d comment on is the quality of the pots and pans. Not plentiful and not the best for cooking substantive meals, but we made it work.

Better than expected!

The location and property worked out great for us. We were showing cattle at Shelby Farms Ag Center and it was super close by. The property was super clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. The host always communicated on time. House design was perfect where if we all need space to ourselves we had plenty. Great back porch to gather with everyone and cook on the grill. Neighbors to property were quiet and private as well. A+ rating for us.

The property was as advertised, pictures of the home were accurate, the home was clean and well maintained in a nice quiet neighborhood, the property owner reached out on our first day and communicated well with other inquiries, the only cons were the secondary showers water didn’t get as hot as the one in the main bedroom and the pans may need to be replaced due to the non stick wearing off!

Gorgeous home!

Our family absolutely loved this home! Such a beautiful place to spend quality time together. The kids loved the arcade games and the adults enjoyed the sprawling layout. Huge fenced-in back yard provided the kids and teens with a place to play football and have fun together. Would definitely recommend this listing and stay again on our next visit.

Home away from home.

Best experience ever 😄. Latanya property was great. If you are looking for a home like feel this is the place. I would definitely book again. The only negative, temperature on the hot water is to low for me.
