3 Bedroom/2 Bath Victorian Style Cottage in Uptown Memphis. Built in 2006 and Remodeled in 2019. Sleeps up to 6 Guests with possible options for more. Fully furnished Kitchen. Wraparound Porch. Coded entry. Off street parking for two cars. Nicely landscaped yard. Celing Fans and Televisions equipped with Roku (Netflix and Hulu included) in Living Room and each bedroom. BLAST Xfinity Wi-Fi. Plenty of Linens, Towels, and Extra Pillows.

Location:

Uptown Memphis Neighborhood. Blocks from the St. Jude Campus. 1 mile to LeBonheur, the VA, or UT Medical. Less than a Mile to Mud Island, Bass Pro Pyramid, Cook Convention Center and the Pinch District. About 2 miles to Beale Street, FedEx Forum, Peabody Hotel, South Main Arts District, National Civil Rights Museum, Blues Foundation, Center For Southern Folklore, Belz Museum, Rock and Soul Museum, Gibson Guitar Factory, Gus's Fried Chicken, Rendezvous BBQ, and countless other sights, attractions and fantastic food and drink in the downtown area.

Just over a mile to the Crosstown Concourse and the Crosstown Arts District, Historic Evergreen, Rhodes College. Around 4 miles to the nightlife and Shopping at Overton Square and Cooper Young. Within walking distance of Bird Scooters and Rentable Bikes and Riverside Activities.

Uber gets you anywhere in midtown or downtown from here for $6.90 plus tip unless there are "surge" fares. Always recommend driving or using a car service after dark.

Beautiful house, close to everything we wanted to see. Check in and check out process was super easy. Everything you need is already at the property, dishes, towels, bed linens, toilet paper, liquid bath soap, etc. Would highly recommend.

Vacation on way to a Family Wedding

The Exterier matched the Ad and the Inside was even better. Everything we wanted from location, ease to get to all the sites we wanted to attend, to comfort and anything we were needing so we didn't have to be out and about was right there.

Cy was a wonderful host! Although a family emergency came up and we were unable to stay at this lovely property, Cy did everything possible to remain in communication and assisted with dealing with VRBO, despite the face that Cy was out of the country at the time. The level of care and consideration from Cy was truly impressive. I would definitely love to have Cy as my host when I return to Memphis!

Beautiful Home

I was very surprised and happy with how the whole home was decorated. The house was filled with things to cook with. We were so close to the action. So close to all the fun. We stayed for 3 days. The parking spaces were wonderful. My sister has a hard time with walking and she did not have any struggles!!!!

Great Stay!

Cy was a fantastic host, very easy to get in touch with and helpful. He offered great recommendations for restaurants in Memphis. The house was well stocked and very comfortable! The only thing I would say is that there is a very busy street that the house sits next and it can be a touch noisy. If that is something you are sensitive to, it may not be the right fit. We had a great stay!

Amazing!

We stay at Vrbos a couple of times a year and this property was the BEST we've ever used. It was exactly as described, but better. Communication with the owner was quick and they gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The house was well-stocked and we wanted for nothing. Just an absolute treat all around. We couldn't have been happier.

Spring Break at Graceland

We arrived very late into Memphis and GPS was slightly incorrect. Cy had sent step by step directions and photos as backup options to Google Maps. However the Google Maps worked correctly every time after that.. The house inside is charming and gave us room to spread out. This house is on a very busy street and the front bedroom was very noisy the first night - I turned up my travel fan and sleep app the next 2 nights and slept better.We were given good recommendations for food options and enjoyed the stay. Check out was a breeze. Cy was a helpful host.
