Large, beautiful house in the heart of Memphis

The house was an excellent choice for our reunion of 6 men. Each of us had his own spacious room and there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. The common spaces were large and the furniture was comfortable; this was important as our retreat included both discussions and group yoga. The kitchen and other amenities were more than adequate. Everything was clean. Our hostess was responsive both before and during our visit. She let us check in several hours early since there had been no guests the prior night. The neighborhood was not at all interesting and part of the view was industrial, but the location was central and convenient for all the main Memphis attractions. I'm happy to recommend this property for groups visiting town.

Huge house, lots of space, Would like to have known there were several exterior concrete stairs to get to the front door & that we had to go through the back door to get inside of the house. We were outside for 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get inside & called the property # several times. The inside was nice, the hosts were very nice, unfortunately, the waffle maker was pretty filthy and we were not able to take advantage of the syrup and waffles that were on the counter.

The property is beautiful. The home is beautiful with gorgeous decor and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's at a great location and the the host is extremely helpful and accommodating. We couldn't have been happier for our weekend in Memphis.

Memphis Girls Trip

The property was clean but there were few en suites, which was disappointing when there are 5 women in a 6 bedroom 5.5 bath home. Also, the keypad stopped working upon returning from a fun night on Beale Street. They did quickly resolve the situation by sending a rep to unlock the door.

Friends, Fans, and Football!

The Blue was the perfect fit for our Getaway! We were looking for something close to Ole Miss that would offer a "Taste of Memphis"! Location, Cleanliness, Communication and Hospitality were top notch! The home is decorated Memphis Style with far more space than we needed! The bedrooms were very large and comfortable and plenty of room and activities for every age group!

Clean, super amenities, space for lots of prople

6 adults, 5 children 2-11. Play area for kids was great space. Plenty of beds and baths, playpen was nice touch. Host included many kitchen staples and plenty of kitchen dinnerware and silverware which was very convenient. Very clean. It is an old house so it does have character which is to be expected. It made a perfect weekend get away for my family. Had a great time exploring Memphis and Graceland. Immediate surrounding neighbors were very quiet and homes well kept. As in any big city each block can be different, but we never felt unsafe.

This was a beautiful home, Angela and Jodi was awesome host. Jodi arranged Balloons, Flowers and a Delicious Donut for my mom’s birthday and was available for questions. The only issue we had was the home was not equipped for disabled individuals. Also, if you sit on the front porch place something in the door or you will get locked out. Lol

Spotless and spacious house!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The furnishings are very comfortable and the Memphis themed decor is lots of fun. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean! We had room to spare. Great seating options for a big family or group was a bonus. We appreciated the good communication from the property manager and how well-stocked the house was. They have thought of everything and left very clear instructions. We were too busy with wedding events to use the game room but it looked like lots of fun. Ubers arrived in less than 5 minutes all weekend long.

Fun family trip! Dudley Blue is awesome!

Dudley Blue was wonderful! Plenty of room, clean, and welcoming! The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. Including having a stocked pantry so we could start our weekend off without immediately needing to go to the store. We will book here again! We cannot recommend it enough.

Amazing Family TIme

We truly enjoyed our family gathering in this beautiful home. The rooms are very large and it's an open concept, perfect to have family in the dining room and family room area at the same time. There was plenty of room for each or us to have our own private area as well. Perfect location, close to Beale St and downtown. I would definitely book this house again.
