This home is located in the trendy Mud Island area. This 2 story 1,800 Sq ft. home is the ideal spot for a group of friends, newly-weds, couples to come and experience the amazing area.

3 bedroom 2.5 baths

The first floor welcomes you with a large master bed room with a queen size bed and private bath, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Upstairs 2 Guest bedroom( Queen Bed in each ) , 1 shared bath, and a patio. The Entire house sleeps 1-6 guests if needed. --4PM CHECK IN // 10AM CHECK OUT

The house was as pictured. It was very clean and fresh. The instructions were spot on. I appreciated the use of the garage. The only drawback was that I had to hunt for the garage door opener. I did find it in one of the kitchen drawers. I would stay there again when I'm in Memphis. Jesse C.

Tennessee Wedding

Took the family to TN for a wedding. So glad we found this house to stay in!! It was so beautiful and accomodating for our family of 6 (us and our 4 children, ages 10-17). The location was perfect, right near the river and the property was emacualte!!

Mud Island delight

Our stay in this lovely home was perfect for our family of 5. The house was welcoming, spacious and comfortable. We recommend staying here as the location was convenient to everything in a Memphis. Great host!

Lovely stay on Mud Island

The neighborhood seemed safe and we liked being very close to Memphis but also able to escape to this quiet island. The Harbor town restaurants we tried were nice and walking along the Mississippi was pretty and relaxing.

Needs a good cleaning

The house overall was filthy and needs a good cleaning. We tried to overlook some of the dirt in order to enjoy our visit with family in Memphis. But as the days went on, we grew more uncomfortable. Simple things like the dirty kitchen sink drain, dirty water dispenser on the refrigerator, cobwebs in the bathroom, dirty living room chairs with worn armrests, the outside of the house with the living room screen leaning on the house, bricks laying on the ground, overgrown and dead landscape, etc. just to name a few. However, the final straw was when we stripped the bed on check out day only to see the most disgusting mattress ever!!! It was so horribly stained that we were mortified that we slept on that for 5 nights!!! We have pictures for proof. This house could be so much more if it was shown a little tlc. We were very dissatisfied with this rental. We are not ones to write a negative review, but we feel this one needs definite attention.

Quick stay in Memphis

The property was clean, and just as pictured. Had all the appliances we needed and supplies we needed. The location is in Harbor Town. Great neighborhood, easy to get sleep and plenty is space to cook for yourself should you choose to.

❤️Memphis and this property made my trip one to remember🤗🤗

Our stay was fantastic. We arrived on Thursday and the property manager was able to accommodate our early arrival. This trip to Memphis with our friends and our Beale Street experience was awesome and it was only minutes away from the property. With this being my first time ever utilizing Vrbo... I would definitely book a stay here again. Beautiful atmosphere minutes away from of all the festivities and events we attended. This was an experience that I just can’t stop talking about it. It was a fantastic weekend..

Perfect Family Retreat on Mud Island!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house on Mud Island in Memphis! It was the perfect space for our family of five to rest and relax. The home was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal for exploring Memphis, and we loved coming back to such a peaceful retreat after our adventures. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic base for their Memphis vacation!

Tennessee Tour

This is a well appointed home in a great neighbourhood. Minutes from a Mississippi view for spectacular sunset photos. There are a few restaurants 5 minutes away, we tried one called “Tugs” which was very good. Plenty of parking availability, garaged or street. Very easy drive to downtown for all the sights. The only downside, was the late provision of the check in information. We only received this one hour before check in, not ideal for International travellers who are relying upon public internet for their communication. All in, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Definitely NOT a high end property

Great quiet location. Comfortable master bed (firm foundation with added pillow top softness). Decent place to stay if you can overlook a couple of things: One, the master bedroom carpet was filthy! Something had been spilled all over it. And the kitchen floor could have used a mop. Two, it was no where's near a high end property. Everything in this house from windows to cabinets, to flooring, to appliances and fixtures and lighting were builder grade. It doesn't make it bad, it was tasteful, but I did not appreciate the obvious deception. Lastly, the front door did not always lock.

CONVIENT AND BEAUTIFUL

I stayed at this property last year and loved it so much that I wanted to return. I told everyone how exceptional it was last year. This year, however, everything was great except the carpet was very very dirty. My daughter said even the carpets upstairs needed to be cleaned. I suggest that the carpets are shampooed before anyone else rents this property..

Family weekend in Memphis

Our family of four (3YO and 8YO) loved staying in this house while we were in town for an event at Rhodes. Spotless property with tons of space to spread out and a quick trip to campus/Midtown. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. We enjoyed taking their scooters for a ride on the Greenbelt and watch the barges. Bryson was very responsive before, during, and after. We will definitely look for this house for future trips and would recommend highly for families!

Upscale Home & Great Neighborhood

Very Nice Property. Beautiful Home exactly as pictures show. Great Neighborhood. A couple of minor cleanliness issues but I am a neat freak. Owner assured that they will address them. You can’t go wrong with this property.

Perfect setup for our stay in Memphis.

Everything was just as described in listing! The house was beautiful. Owner was very helpful. We will definitely stay again. One problem is the keyless entry is a little tricky maybe leave or give some notes on locking procedure. Not complaining just suggesting would be helpful! 5 Star for sure!!! Great House!❤️
