"We did a last minute getaway for my son’s birthday to take him fishing on the river. We had no luck with catching anything but we still enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the game room and even sitting out by the dock with there rails hoping to catch a bite. The house was just as pictured and very cozy. It was stocked with everything. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. "

"We had the absolute best time at this waterfront property in Jarreau. We typically take a beach trip this time of the year, but because of our new addition ,(daughter born in May), we needed something a little easier. We stayed here for our sons 12th birthday celebration with our friends. If you’re tired of your kids staying inside, eyes glued to their devices, this is the place to take them! "I own a camp two doors down and had my mother and father, my sister and brother in law, my two nieces with their husbands stay at this property. Extremely clean and plenty of space. My parents don’t travel much anymore but really enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend this property. My mother and father said they’d stay there and only there WHEN they visit again. "

"Incredible property! The house is great with everything you could need including treats the hosts leave for you. Backyard and pool are a dream. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Needed to call about a small issue and they were there within the hour fixing the issue. This is our 3rd time staying here and will continue to make it a yearly trip. "

"Our host was quick to respond and very easy to get in touch with. The house had everything that we needed and more, which wasn’t even mentioned. The back porch was amazing as was the 2 story pier. The location was also top notch as the only boat launch, convenient store, and restaurants for miles around was just a minute away. Also, to make things easier on us, we just paid to park our boat trailer at the launch during our stay. Our family can’t wait to go back! "

"We had 2 dads and a few teen boys for a birthday weekend of tubing on the river. The place was awesome and perfect. Mitch was super accommodating!"

"Claire made our check in/check out much easier than any hotel would offer. While our days were busy out and about, we were excited to get back and enjoy our evenings overlooking the water from the deck. Perfect location, nice neighbors, quiet. We loved the fact that the house sits below road level. The lack of traffic noise was a bonus for us."

"We had a great time with family and friends. We have family that lives in the area that came meet us for the day as well. The camp was very comfortable for 3 couples and kids. The kids loved the dock area and swam and fished all day! The place was very clean, and the owners responded quickly with the few questions that we did have once arriving. We have stayed many places on False River over the years, but this has been our favorite so far and we plan to come back!"
