"We stayed at this 2 bedroom condo for the month of March 2024 and found it to be exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean, comfortable and the facilities well maintained. We used the beautiful pool on a regular basis. The condo is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and the beach is a 20 minute drive away. "What a cute house! It was overwhelming obvious that the homeowner has a love for making everyone feel welcome. They had a welcome card for my service dog Patton with little treats. There were a dozen toys for him to play with and the cutest backyard area for him to do his business. The location was perfect for what we needed. The beach was right over the causeway, there was a poker room 10 minutes away and minutes from the family that we were visiting. We slept 5 plus Patton very comfortably....

"We loved this condo, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It's close to some great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The only down fall was the pool being out of order, my son was upset about that. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back."

"It has taken me a few days to write this review because I just cannot find the words to describe how wonderful this house and the property owners were for our stay. The property owners were always quick to respond to my questions and were very helpful in anyway they could be to help make our stay the best it could be. The house is beautiful, extremely well stocked and accommodated our family gathering of 10 with room for more, if needed. We even brought my parents dog, and there was plenty of...

"First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here."

"This was our second time renting this property from Brock. It's a great home base for us while visiting friends in the area. It has a large fenced yard for the pups and the Best. Couch. Ever."
